I jumped up as I heard crying next to my ear. I turn and see Levi struggling to get off his back.
"Why you cryin, momma baby?" I cooed picking him up.
He continued to whine and scream in my ear.
"Let's go getcha a bottle. You hungry tanka?" I baby talked as I raised from the bed and head towards the kitchen in my small apartment.
I checked to time on the stove and noted that I had to get ready for school.
I had him on my hip as I tested to see if the milk in the bottle was too hot. After I seen that it wasn't i handed him the bottle and he held it up and started drinking it.
I walked back to my room and started finding him clothes for a bath. The whole time he just stared at me while drinking his milk.
"Wassup momma baby." I smiled and tickled him making him giggle.
I laughed and went to the bathroom to make his bath water.
He crawled to the bathroom following me and forgetting about his bottle.
I filled the tub up about an inch or two and got him undressed. I hurried and bathed him because in no time he would be crying about the cold air nipping at his skin.
After about a minute he started whining and I rinsed his body off and wrapped him up in a towel racing to my room so I could do everything before he peed.
I put him on the bed and rubbed baby lotion on him. Then put his diaper on and struggled to put his clothes on because he was moving.
Once I finally got done I rocked him for a few seconds and he was out like a light. Just like he does every morning.
I was sure to cut the baby monitor on and take it in the bathroom with me so I could take a shower while he slept surrounded by pillows.
I turned the water on hot and gathered what I needed while it heat up. I got a good twenty minutes before he wakes up.
I got in and let the hot water relax my body for a few minutes. I wet my wash cloth and put my 'suave' body wash on it.
I lathered my body and rinsed off before repeating the process two more times.
I though about washing my hair but I heard Levi's cries through the little radio. I quickly cut the water off and got out to wrap a towel around me.
