Chapter 14

I got out the shower and automatically something felt off. I pushed it off as me being paranoid and got dressed. I could still hear the music playing from Rena's speaker in our bathroom.

As i walked past Levi's room i looked in to find him sleeping soundly under his covers. I went in to give him a kiss on the head and continued to my room.

Arriving in my room everything was normal. Except for the fact that rena wasn't in bed or even going through the closet. She wasn't downstairs because she would have had her phone and speaker with her.

I walked downstairs to makesure and the door was wide open. We never leave the door open. I ran back up stairs and put levi in my bed while i checked the cameras.

Who ever it was walked straight in. They had a key because i distinctly remember locking the door. Sure enough the camera showed the two people dressed in all black unlocking the door and walking right in.

Switching the angles everytime they moved i watched them closely trying to identify who they were. I seen a tattoo and knew exactly who it was.

I called everybody up and told them to come over. I told my sisters to come pick Levi up and i packed him a bag.

"Son get up." I tapped his arm which of course didn't work because hes a heavy sleeper like his momma.

I shook him lightly until he woke up.

"Yo aunties coming to get you. So get ready."

"Where's mommy?" He asked sleepily.

"She's at uncle Eli house." I lied.

"But i wanted to see uncle tooooo!" He whined.

"What i tell you bout whining?"

"Yes sir." He lowered his head.

I picked his head up and kissed his forehead. Next thing i know the door bell rung. I looked own my window and noticed my sister's car in the driveway.

"Cmon yo auntie here." I carried him down the stairs and opened the door. Nina grabbed him before Selena could.

"Told you i would get him first." Nina stuck her tongue out.

"Deon tell her to give him to meee." Selena whined.

"Stop whining. Real niggas don't whine." Leviticus scolded her.

"Dont talk to yo auntie like that son. She's grown."

"Yes sir."

"Selena stop whining. He gone be over there with y'all anyway." I said.

"Why is he coming anyway?" Nina asked looking away from Leviticus.

"I'll tell y'all later. Just go home and don't let nobody pick him up or nothing because i didn't send them. I dont care who it is." I said kissing them all on the head and walking them to the car.

Within the next few minutes Derrick and Lamar's cars pulled up. I told Lamar not to bring karen.

As Selena and Nina left with Levi i walked Derrick and Lamar in.
