Glowing from Prince's adoring gaze Sabine allowed the music of the tranquil breaking waves and multitude of foamy wooshing bubbles to cast her into a deep spell. One last button freed the sheer and airy material allowing the fluid dress he bought her to settle on the powdery beach. Fingers raked through her thick curly hair that was made even more wavy by the salty ocean mist.

Each wave that broke at the back of Prince's knees made him unstable, but in reality it was actually Sabine that made him unsteady. Her unexpected love and care swept him away like the undertow causing him to face all the chaotic contradictions that he had sold people for years...and he loved her for it.

He was no longer suffocating in his own lies.

Tiny angelic orbs playfully scattered around Sabine leading her to him along the glimmering roadlike reflection of the moon on the water.

Their souls were finally ready.

Each successive swell of breaking crests clothed in glistening stars served as a romantic backdrop as Prince and Sabine lips drowned one another in the softest kisses. Prince's heart was hooked for he finally felt...loved.

He met enough people who ruined him, who formed him into being just like them and made him feel lonely.

She was the beautiful one who finally made him whole by protecting his heart.

She made him evaluate his circle.

She made him invest in his health.

She made him put himself first.

Lightly but protectively kissing Sabine's forehead, Prince finally claimed. "You're mine now...don't you ever leave me."

Like a surprised child, Sabine's eyes and lips popped open while drawing in a sharp gasp. Disappointment abounded her, realizing it was all just a dream because Prince had not contacted her since he stormed out, and that was days ago.

Waking to find Clive next to her in bed was surprising as she didn't hear him come in last night and because it deviated from his missing in action role as of late.

Over the past several days, Prince's lack of communicating affected her more than she'd admit. While her external wounds from her assault were healing, her heart and soul dissolved into a heavy grief. She began to question what was happening between her and Prince. These feelings went well beyond the concern of a friend, even a very close friend. Her mind was trying to reconcile what her soul already knew. Sabine was homesick...for him.

Why was there sudden distance? Perhaps he chose to forget about her just as she was coming to terms with asking herself...what if?

Her scrambled feelings were becoming so overwhelming that she wanted to stay in bed all day and be alone. Of course when she wanted Clive here he wasn't, and now that she wanted to withdraw, he was as close as he could be...in...her...bed.

Clive shifted pulling her by the waist into a full spoon but she wanted nothing to do with it. Her every nerve felt exposed, so she slipped out of bed and into the shower.

Shampoo bubbles raced to the drain as she considered how she might get in contact with Prince. Maybe she could just text him a hello, or ask how he's feeling but she worried about Kirk seeing a text from her.

All sorts of emotions enveloped her as did the steamy heat of the shower...worry over his health, whether he had enough energy for his concert and introspective praying for protection from the circle of people who seemed to be dallying with his affairs.

Busy in her thoughts, she didn't hear the glass shower door swing open. Clive's lips proceeded to kiss her shoulders as her mind was muddled with the thought of Prince's lips. The shake of her head didn't clear the unchaste urges of the man that was not her fiance. The thought of his ample lips, the perfect balance of upper and lower puff, on hers beckoning her to lick or suck was all she could think about.
