Chapter 13: Main Event

[Uncle Sam's Story]

Because Rose had already joined us, we got off the cab and I called the children to come closer, "Let focus on my home where I first came from before searching for Mike," I said.

We joined hands focused until the view of my home was full and complete then we jumped right in.

Finally we were at where I had started from. We quickly went to the study room and joined hands - we all knew what we had to do.

[Over-watch Point of View]

Since the kid were taken back to earth, we had talked for a while with Sam, who had been visiting me from time to time using the tiny Lwanda.

After many of such visits things had gotten quite serious and we had decided to get married.

We got married on one of the Lamb's planets called Ramsgrass - a planet full of greenery, beautiful flowers and a wonderful beach - and we were joined together by the Lamb's most holy priests - the Order of the Lamb.

It was a beautiful wedding, attended by the Watchers and the children Mike and Rose.

In Ramsgrass the people celebrate weddings for a whole year and provide the couple with whatever they desire for free - they are rich and quite generous, a people on a planet that the Lamb has blessed.

Sam was constantly telling me that back on earth there were people called Israelites who had been promised and delivered to a land flowing with milk and honey. Sam would then say that this planet was surely one flowing with milk and honey.

He also then said the inhabitants of the planet must have become so generous because they had abundance but I corrected him and told him that the inhabitants got the abundance because from time immemorial they were generous, did good to each other and foreigners and were - most importantly, obedient to the Lamb.

We had spent about 2 earth months together, although here a day was around 48 earth hours. Married life was blissful to me and Sam too seemed happy.

In our absence the Watchers had taken over our jobs - with the Elder Watcher taking mine and Eon taking Sam's and the other five assisting wherever needed.

Life was good and we did not have a worry in the world, we did not have anything to worry about for a whole year - there were still ten months to go.

One day in the evening I asked Sam to go into the house and I would join him in a few minutes as I wanted to watch the wonderful twin suns set.

As I was watching the suns set my powers were activated by something. I had a feeling that I was being watched. When I turned around to face the house I saw six eyes.

Uncle Sam's Point of View

I noted immediately that the eyes that appeared in front of us were so serious.

We continued to focus until the view became big enough and then we jumped through.

The first question that came to mind - Were we finally in the garden of Eden?

No wonder Over-watch was the one I was informed would be the real challenge. This world was utterly amazing. Totally scenic.

Before we could even say anything Over-watch had taken the battle stance that I had seen so many times before.

"Who are you?" she asked, "And what do you want with me?"

"It is us, Over-watch," I replied, "It is the real uncle Sam, Mike and Rose and if you allow us a few minutes we can tell you our stories of how each one of us was trapped in a dream world - like you are right now - and how we got free."

"YOU LIE!" the words of Over-watch came out with such force that we were pushed back and nearly fell down.

I realized that we had to choose our words carefully for as the Lamb had shown me it would take some convincing coming from the three of us to wake up Over-watch.
