After reaching home, they made the girl lie on the couch of their living area and all went to their rooms to sleep.

After about half an hour Jimin came downstairs, stood still for a while near the girl and then went back to his room only to be back with a blanket and a pillow. He quietly covered her body with the blanket then lifted her head slightly to slip the pillow there and returned to his room after making sure her body was not bare from anywhere.

Though it wasn't the first time someone was staying at their house for the night but it WAS the first time a girl, who they knew nothing about, was staying. Therefore naturally, it made them anxious. RM tried several times to contact Ex-Manager Choi that night but it said that the number does not exist!



All the lights had been switched off except those of the hanging chandelier at the center of the ceiling of the living area and the over-sized hanging-pendant lamps at the corners of the hall which gave a red shade and a blue shade too throughout the hall. Though all the seven members living in the house were full adults still two of them- Jimin and JHope were afraid of darkness due to which bright lights used to be switched off and those of the lamps and chandelier would be left on which didn't give a really bright light but the hall glistened with their colour throughout the night. The white marble of the floor shone somewhere in red and somewhere blue with a light yellowish tint due to the chandelier.



Jungkook finally mustered the courage to pass through the hall to reach the connected kitchen for a glass of water, it was not only the water but he also wanted to check if the girl had woken up for she would be frightened to find herself in someone else's house. Due to all these thoughts, he tossed and turned in his bed being unable to sleep.

He went to the hall and moved closer to the little figure lying on the couch whom someone had covered by a white comforter leaving the face which seemed completely different in blue and red shades. She was lying on her back and her left cheek's contour glowed blue reaching the beginning of her chin and temples while red shade was falling on her right cheek but too light to make her look scary.

He stood there for a while, blankly looking at her face. Out of the blue, a thought came to his mind and he shook his head as if denying someone, who was most probably none but he himself, but he just couldn't resist the temptation of touching her cheeks to feel their warmth as they seemed to be really soft.

He slowly advanced his index finger towards her and lightly brushed her right cheek. It was warm and soft. He did it again and a sweet-innocent smile slowly crept to his face. Each time he put a bit more pressure but the girl gave no response which was beginning to scare him. He finally poked her cheek hard. The girl gave a sigh instead of waking up, turned facing Jungkook and covered her face with her left arm. Her sudden response frightened the poor boy who now just wished for her not to wake up. He went back to his room after having his wish fulfilled and completely forgetting about water. Though it was scary yet Jungkook never regretted it.

First of all!

I am sorry for the small chapter! I know this was nothing more than a filler but I didn't want to skip this one. Rest assured for the next chapter is gonna be fun.

So, there are a few things that I want my readers to know about my style of writing before we move further into the story.

1. I usually add fillers in a story before the main events or before a twist.

2. I love to describe the settings and the surroundings especially the effect of the lights and shades on the scenery portrayed.

3. Too many happy scenes together mean something depressing is ahead as I like to keep the emotions balanced for I may end up creating a story utterly depressing with a happy ending.

4. My language may get a bit twisted in intense scenes. I get excited while writing and begin to start sentences with weird words or twisted ones.

5. I cannot write under pressure of deadlines. That is the reason that I wrote 21 chapters before beginning to post the story.
