Cheryl gives her daughter space, an hour of space that is, making sure the Teen had calmed down before she decided to go up to her bedroom.

She knocks a few times before entering, Millie sprawled out on her bed with light music playing throughout the space. "You mad at us?" Chery asks, perching down on the bed and giving Millie's thigh a light stroke. "Hm?"

Millie turns to her side, looking at her Mam, but not saying anything.

"I thought you liked Maisie?" Cheryl says, lying beside the teen, now both facing each other.

"I don't like Kimberley." Millie whispers.

"She's your Mum, babe—"

"I don't care. I still don't like her." She sighs.

Cheryl reaches out, stroking her daughters' cheek. "Why don't you like her?"

"She's mean."

Cheryl chuckles, "Can't have two perfect parents', can you?"

"I don't even have a perfect parent—"

"Hey, cheeky!"

They share a laugh.
