Cheryl walks into the kitchen with a checklist in one hand and a pen in the other. "Did we get some vegetarian options?" She asks Evelyn, taking a seat on the barstool.

"Yes, Miss. I stocked up on extra vegetables just in case and all the meats have been sealed and put away. So, you just tell me what you want and it'll be prepared for you and your family." Evelyn ends with a smile.

"Okay great." Cheryl sighs.

"There's nothing to be nervous about."

"I know I trust you—"

"No, Miss, I mean, with seeing Kimberley again." Evelyn smiles, "I know she feels the same way, even if she doesn't want to show it."

"She's not the same... she's, different."

"Nobody ever changes completely. The old Kimberley is there, she just needs to be reminded."

Cheryl sighs, "I'm not looking for anything." She explains, "I just, I want me daughter to be happy."

"Your daughter will be happy when you are." She tries to give her some wisdom, "Millie has come a long way, she just needs a little extra attention and you're more than willing to give her that." Evelyn says softly, stroking the Mother's hand, "And now Maisie will be joining, and I don't know what she's like... but, I know she needs love too. Every child does. Worry about the kids first before thinking about Kimberley. That's the first step to everything."

Cheryl nods, agreeing. "I'm glad I have you around." She gives her a dimpled smile.

"Twenty-five years and I'm still not going anywhere." Evelyn smiles, "Let me pour you a glass of wine so you can relax out in the garden, yeah?"

Cheryl stands to her feet, "Thank you." She thanks her and exits the kitchen, feeling her entire being relax after that talk. Millie would be home soon and she knew the Teen would have a thousand questions to ask, she just needed a second to herself to process everything that was happening around her.
