chapter 8-arrival of Jacob Black

Harper pov.

I woke up to the smell of biscuit and gravy cooking I seen that Jacob wasn't on the floor so I put some clothes on. I went to reach where I usually do to get my phone but I remembered that I don't a phone any more. I went downstairs to where I seen Elena and Stefan making breakfast and I ask them have they seen Jacob they shook their heads I asked if I can see one of their phone and Stefan handed me his phone first so I started calling Jacob.

hey its me where are you I asked. and I'm walking in the door now he answered.

I hanged up when I heard him coming through the door and put Stefan phone down and went to get him pulling him in the kitchen to meet Elena and Stefan. I looked at both of them and said this is my best friend and they smiled and Elena went to hug him and Stefan shook his hand. I looked at Elena and asked her if Matt called and she said no and I went to go outside and set on the swing and I seen Matt walking up he came to sit by me and said so I talked to the boss and you can start tomorrow. I looked at him and hugged him thanks Matt I smiled and he smiled back at me I what you to meet my best friend from forks when I went there to stay with my uncle Charlie but Jacob is a big apart of how I straightened up my life. I pulled Matty inside where Jacob was and they shook hands. I grabbed my keys and looked at Jacob said lets go for a drive I would to show you around mystic falls.

I drove to mystic grill we went in I grabbed a table and we sat down I start working tomorrow I said excitingly and he notice people was staring at us I looked over and seen Bonnie and Caroline looking at us and I motion over at them to come over I introduce them to Jacob. he is going to be here for a week or two and he has a girlfriend Caroline so don't even think about doing anything with him I smirked. I looked at Bonnie and Caroline is there any party going on tonight I smiled at them.

Tyler walks in heard us talking about a party and he smiled at me and mention he was throwing a party tonight and I looked at Jacob and looked back at Tyler said we will be there.

it was only 12:00 pm and tyler mention it started later tonight around 5 or 6 when its dark outside so I think I will fashionably late I looked Caroline and asked if she can come over and help me pick out a party outfit. she smiled and agreed to help me.

2 hours later

I walked in to see Elena and Stefan waiting on me and they started walking toward the door I looked at them and asks what I haven't been gone what is wrong and I seen Damon behind them walking around them looking angering and I rolled my eyes and started walking upstairs I don't have time for your shit today I am going to my room to get ready for a party. I stormed upstairs and he followed behind me and I closed the door behind me. I went through my dresser and damon swung the door open.

ugh Damon I yelled. I don't feel like arguing with you damon I spat out.

he yelled back harper you make me crazy he walked right up to me planted his lips against mine the room felt like it was spinning as we was kissing I heard Elena yelled up the stairs Caroline is here she is on her way up and he pulls away. making me touch my lips where his lips was and smiling and I looked at him before leaving we need to talk about things Damon. he replied by saying yes we do.

he opened the door then stared at me as Caroline walked in he disappeared into the hallway. she seen my eyes watery and said lets gets you ready I looked at her said I think I might have a problem as I went to sit down on my bed and she looked me and ask what is it. I think I might be in love with Damon I smile as tears rolling down my she sat be side me and said okay what the problem. I'm scared that he don't want to be with me but my sister but she said that is crazy I see the way that he looks at you. I smiled at her and she smiled back. we got ready for the party it is almost time we can have fun drink and party hard. we laughed as we headed downstairs and Elena looked at me smiled and I asked if they will come the party. we headed out the door to the car and when I heard a phone go off its Stefan phone. but didn't answer it so we all to the party.

6:00 pm

I was in the kitchen getting a glass of beer when Jacob came up and said be careful don't get to drunk. I felt like I wanted to ignore him when he said that but I nodded okay whatever I am going to have fun because its a party Jacob. he looked at me as I walked away drinking a glass of beer until its was none left. I drank another glass and another until I was numb inside I went to find the bathroom but I was stumbling upstairs and I fell backwards but Stefan caught me and stared at me. we only been here a couple of hours and your already drunk I laughed at him shaking my head and he said alright get you up.

Stefan I whispered he looked at me I leaned in to his ear I ne-ed to go peeeee I slurred my words and he said okay let get you up to the bathroom.

he opened the door as I walked in and I tripped over my feet and I looked at him with my hand out and can you help me up and he reach for my hand to help me up he pulled me up then I continue to walk in to the bathroom as he closed the door so no one could see me in the bathroom then I flash the toilet and went to the sink to wash my hand he opened the door I splash him with water he reach over and turned it off and he picked me up and carried me downstairs where elena was I heard Elena asked Stefan what happened and he said she got drunk and ask if she was ready to go and I whispered I'm not, he looked at me and said shh I will get you home when we got home Elena looked at him and asked him to take me upstairs and he put me on my bed and I asked him if I can see his phone and he handed it to and ask why.

before I know it I called Damon and he answered his phone and I hanged up really fast when I heard his voice on the other side on the phone I hand the phone back to Stefan and he turned out my light and I dose off.

Stefan pov

I went downstairs and my phone ring and I saw that is was Damon and I answered it and he asked me why did I call but hanged up after I answered. I told him that I didn't make that call it was Harper that called you she is asleep because she got drunk and called you I don't why she called you but she did. so I hanged up the phone after I told him I would be home later. I drunk some coffee with Elena when I got to kitchen. Jacob was sleeping on one of the couches and I realize that it was getting late so I leaned to kiss Elena goodnight when Damon came in to go upstairs and he ignored me when I said leave her alone for the night I went home.

Damon pov

I walked into Harpers room to check on her she was sleeping and I laid down on her bed to watch her sleep and she turned over and put her over me and I just wanted to hold her forever and never let her go. I dose off on her bed before I knew it-it was morning I opened my eyes she was still sleeping I heard someone about to come in but I disappeared before they could see me.
