Today I'm nervous as all hell. We are going back to Michigan for a mission and we'll be there for a week. I contacted my only Earth-born friends besides the kids and the soldiers. They said we could hang out for a couple days and go camping if I had the time.
Right now I'm in the middle of packing my duffel bag. Optimus sat on my bed and watched as I moved from my room to my closet multiple times. Ever since I fell asleep in the woods we've been basically attached at the hip. If I wasn't with him or he doesn't know where I am, he would freak out and have what, in essence, is a panic attack. Ratchet says that it's because of the bond we have. Optimus and I are very very close in our relationship. We know just about everything about each other and trust each other with our lives. Being away from each other pulls that bond and we are drawn back to each other emotionally. This trip was going to be an interesting one.
"Hey, are you sure you'll be alright?" I ask Optimus.
"Yes, of course. Just please update me every hour." He said with pleading eyes.
"I will, I promise. You need to give updates as well, got it?" I ask and he nods.
"Come on kid we got to head out!" Dad yelled from downstairs. I give Optimus a hug and go to grab my duffle but he grabs my wrist. I turns me back around and cups my face with his hand. He stared at me for a few seconds before pulling me into a kiss. I smiled into it and so did Optimus. I pulled away and put my forehead on his. "I'll see you later ok? We just have to go help out the Northeast NEST team set up their new base and train the recruits then we'll be back. If the bond needs us together then you can come hang out at the base, but only in emergencies alright?" I ask.
"I understand, don't worry. The same applies to you, just call me." He replied and I took a step back.
"Now go, you have to get back to Nevada. I heard the kids are working on science projects." I said and nudged him. He walked out the door of my room and I followed him down the stairs. Dad was waiting at the bottom and so was Uncle Lennox. He was coming with us since he's kind of the head of NEST operations. Optimus greeted them and said his goodbye as he walked to the ground bridge in the garage. I turned to my Dad and Uncle and we hopped in Dad's alt form.
~Time Skip~ It's been three days. These recruits are pansies I swear. Today was the first day that Dad showed them what they would be fighting and half of them fell on their asses. But today was going to be different. I was going to see the only three friends I made by myself. Ranger, Spencer, and Maddox. I had talked to Spencer before we got here and we planned a surprise for Ranger and Maddox. Spencer invited them both over to her house for today and they had no idea I was going to be there. I just hope that they'll be happy to see me.
I stopped in front of Spencer's house and pulled my motorcycle into her driveway. Her parents just bought this house for her since we all just graduated a couple weeks ago and she was going to college soon. I took off my helmet and clipped it to my seat before walking to the door and knocking. It took a couple of seconds but the door opened and I was met with two dogs and a screaming female adult.
"Oh my god! You're here!" Spencer screeched and crushed me in a hug. I patted her back and she let go.
"Sorry, you know Werewolf strength. Come in!" She apologized and dragged me in the house. "Here we can hide your bike in the garage." She opened the garage door to reveal her big garage with a brand new Corvette ZR-1 in it.

"Nice bike." Spencer said as she looked at my Daytona. I signed ditto and she smirked.
"Come inside, the boys should be here any minute. You can hang in the den until I tell you to come out." Spencer explained while pushing me into a room filled with gaming systems, arcade games, you name it. I sat my duffle bag down on the giant couch and sat next to it.
"Hey, how's it going?" I ask Optimus over our bond.
"I'm good. How's it going there?" He asked.
"Good, I just got shoved in a game room. Spencer has everything!" I laugh and he chuckles. I hear the front door open and people talking. "Hey I've got to go. I'll talk to you later."
"Okay, love you." He says.
"Love you too." I smile.
"-I have a surprise for you." Spencer says as she opens the door to the den. Ranger and Maddox step in and their mouths drop.
"(Y/n)!" Maddox yells and tackles me. I pat his back and he gets off of me. "You assholes, why didn't you tell us?" Maddox complained.
"It was a surprise dumbass." Spencer sassed.
"Whatever." Maddox huffed. I smiled and laughed silently. I looked at Ranger to see him doing the same. Ranger was mute just like me, but for a completely different reason. Spencer and Maddox are both werewolves like me, but Ranger is a demigod. He had a Werewolf parent and a god parent. Since he was so special, corrupt gods came after him and tried to kill him. He got away but not without losses.
"Who's excited to go camping?" Maddox asked and we all raised our hands.
~Time Skip~ We all sat in the woods under the stars. The four of us came out here and set up our tents a couple hours ago. I was paired with Ranger and Spencer was with Maddox. Ranger and I stayed in the same tent because we both used sign language and it was easier for us communicate with each other. I know it sounds weird but it's a comfort thing. Ranger and I are the most comfortable together when we go camping, we know we have each other's backs. Plus Spencer and Maddox are kind of dating so that's another reason. My thoughts were broken by someone tapping my shoulder. I turn to see Ranger and smile.
"What's up?" I sign. He turns and points over to Spencer and Maddox. They were being weird and flirty. "Wanna go for a walk?"
"Yes please." Ranger nodded quickly and smiled. I stood up and motioned for him to come with me. We walked out of our clearing and down to a creek. That's when I heard the familiar sound of a certain green portal. I whipped around to see five decepticons come out of the bridge. I turn to Ranger and see the shocked look on his face.
"Ranger, I need you to go back and stay calm, don't tell the others alright? Tell them that we need to go. I'll explain everything when I get meet back up with you guys ok? Now run!." I urge and he nods before running back to camp. I turn to the five cybertronians in front of me.
"We've been looking for you femme." Starscream takes a step toward me. "Lord Megatron will be very happy with me if I capture you."
"To bad that's not happening." I retort and open my bond to my Dad and Optimus fully so they can understand without me having to space out to tell them.
"Come here!" Starscream yells and swoops to grab me but I side step and slam into another ped. I look up to see Knockout. Shit. He clamps his sharp digits around me tightly and plucks me from the ground.
"Let go of me dammit. By the time I'm done with you, you'll belong in a junkyard!" I yell as I wiggle, trying to get free.
"Knockout come on we need to go before the autobots get here." Breakdown said from behind him. Knockout turned and walked back through the bridge with me in hand. I really wish I hadn't left my armor disk in my duffle bag.
"Well, what do we have here?" A deep voice said and I looked up to see blazing red optics staring me down.
