37 - The Real Chance

"Why can't you guys stay conscious, damn," Dad said and I laughed.

"I think he's just tired." I signed and he nodded.

"Who's ready to kick some ass?" Hound asked and everyone cheered. I smiled and looked back at the still unconscious Optimus behind me. I sighed and transformed into my bipedal form.

"Hey, wait a minute. Shouldn't we take Y/n since she's like a top of the line sports car?" Shane said and everyone looked over at him. Then they all looked at me and I shrugged, basically saying 'why the hell not?'

"Alright, Y/n you're our new car," Cade said with a smile and I rolled my optics playfully behind my visor.

"Yeah whatever, let's go you two." I signed and transformed for them to get in. I opened my scissor doors and they smiled before climbing in. "Tell-Optimus-I'm-going-if-he-wakes."

"Yes, ma'am." Crosshairs said and I laughed.

"We will be ready at the call kid. Be safe." Dad said.

"I-will-thank-you," I replied and closed my doors before rolling out of the church and into the city. I weaved through the streets as Cade directed me and pulled up to the back entrance of KSI. Shane put his hands on my wheel and I let him take it from then on. Security was posted on both sides of us and they all had AR-15s. Cade and Shane began to talk and I listened in on them.

"Couple months ago I heard a noise in my house. Was that you?" Cade asked Shane.

"What? No, that wasn't me I swear." Shane said nervously.

"See all the guys with guns? Why don't I call one over and tell them that we're breaking in and it was all your idea? I've lived a good life." Cade said and I could feel the fear seep into Shane.

"You-better-fuckin-not," I said over the radio and Cade gave me a wink. I sighed and went with his antics.

"There are lots of guys with guns," Shane said sounding like he was about to shit his pants.

"Hey, sir?" Cade said out the window and I tried to keep calm.

"It's was me! It was me!" Shane whisper-yelled. Cade huffed a laugh and continued to talk to the guy who came over.

"You here for scanning?" He asked and Cade nodded. The guy on the other side of me took and scanned Shane's fake ID and let us in. I grumbled at how rough Shane drives but let him do it since we couldn't be compromised. He drove me into a bay and parked in front of a model in the middle of the room.

The door closed behind us and I let them out. I transformed and stood in front of the fake Cybertronian in front of me.

"What-the-hell?" I said and Cade looked confused.

"It kinda looks like you Y/n," Shane said and I looked down at him with a glare that he couldn't see. "Jesus even though I can't see your eyes I can feel your glare."

"Good, shut up." Cade snapped at him. I nodded at Cade in thanks and walked over to one of the screens.

"Viper was inspired by the mysterious and elusive Cybertronian Guardian." One person said. I scoffed and looked back at the fake. It looked almost exactly like my old form but it was fucking pink.

"She was elegant and beautiful, but she didn't have a very...feminine design." Another said.

"The-fuck-does-that-mean?!" I fumed and Cade started freaking out.

"She had an ancient warrior-like design. Although badass looking, her design wouldn't appeal to today's crowd as our only female design. So we had to tweak a few things." A third person said and I sighed.
