After the class was over, I went up to Karl.

"Bro, I'm not doing this again." I chuckled.

"Yeah, it looked like it was getting a little intense there." He smiled.

"Ya think?" I asked.

"Well I appreciate it. I just felt bad for her." He says while grabbing his backpack and getting ready to leave.

"Why? She's a bitch." I say while pulling out my phone and seeing if the girl I had over the other night wanted to do it again.

"No she's not. Do you know why I asked you to be her partner?" He asks me.

"Cause her boyfriend couldn't stand being around her?!" I chuckled.

"Actually, no. The guy tried to force himself onto her the other day. She has had the worst luck with guys. With people in general. Everyone has always used her to get to her dad. I'm not sure why she hates him but she does. Then her ex, you remember, Alex, yeah, he made up some stupid rumor bullshit about how she cheated on him and treated him like shit when it was the other way around. She had a miscarriage and he would hit her and cheat. Apparently he also used her to get money. It's really sad actually. So you should cut her a break man." He finishes telling me.

Now I feel like shit. I completely misjudged her and am very sorry. Damn, never thought any of that would happen. However, now I feel like killing that little bitch that tried to force himself onto her.

I came home really late. Not cause I went to see that girl. I instead found where that Julian guy lived and decided to pay him a visit to teach him a lesson. Not so much cause I felt I owed her for giving Maci shit but more cause any man who raises his hand in anger towards a woman or tries and forces himself onto them, deserves a good ass kicking, which is exactly what I did.

When I came in. I walked over towards the freezer to grab an ice pack and after doing that I went towards my bedroom and stopped in front of hers, wanting to knock on it and apologize but I decided she was most likely asleep, so I decided to wait til tomorrow or some other day and went to sleep.

The next day, I woke up and my hand hurt really bad, along with them turning red and some dried up blood from when my skin broke from punching him so hard.

There was no class tonight and I had decided to just hang around the house and relax.

That is until I realized I needed a haircut after running my fingers through my hair and feeling how much longer it has gotten.

I started heading down to Lexi's salon and seeing if she'd give me a haircut.

When I got there, everyone looked busy and when I saw Lexi talking to a customer. So I sat down and waited for her.

The receptionist came walking out and immediately started flirting with me.

"Hey there sexy. Can I help you? Need a haircut? Or...something else?" She asked me with a wink.

"I'm waiting for my sister, Lexi." I tell her.

"Well, she's booked all day long. Would you care to have someone else do it?" She asks.

"Uh, sure. Whoever is next available." I tell her.

"Okay." She says as she looks on the computer and then back up at me and says, "Well, the only person that would be available soon is our newest stylist, Maci. I'll let her know you're here." She says and turns around to go and tell Maci before I was able to stop her to tell her not to tell Maci it's me.

I really hope she doesn't get back at me cause of the teasing.

Before I could object or tell the receptionist as she was walking back, that I changed my mind, Maci was smiling as she looked at me and gestured with her hand to follow her back.

I did and sat right down in her chair nervously.

"So, what are we doing today?" She asked me.

"Just a clean up." I tell her.

"Alright." She replies and she takes out the clippers after putting a neck strip around me and a cape.

She was going super fast and made me a little worried that she might accidentally cut me or something.

After she was done with that, she had me follow her towards the back where the shampoo bowls were at and she began massaging my scalp and my neck a little bit after shampooing and then putting conditioner in my hair.

Her fingers felt so good while she shampooed my hair. Then she had me get up while towel drying a little bit of my hair and then we went back towards her chair.

She showed me how much she was going to cut off to verify the amount and then began going at it.

We were sharing an awkward moment of silence before she said something.

"So..." She began.

"So." I said.

"I'm really sorry about how I talked to you last night. I didn't mean to act like a bitch towards you." She said.

"It's cool. I mean, I was being an asshole so, I deserved it. Besides, I don't take things personal. Cause I know I'm an asshole." I tell her.

I notice her chuckling a little bit which makes me feel happy.

"And thanks." She says.

"For what?" I asked confused.

"For kicking Julian's ass." She smiles at me.

"How did you know?" I asked her.

"I can tell by your knuckles. Plus, not to mention that I got a call from Julian, apologizing. So I put both those two together." She smiles at me while looking at me through the mirror.

"Oh, well, yeah. A man should never hit a woman out of anger." I tell her with a smile. "However, I gotta say that those claw marks on his face, those were pretty deep." I comment and we both started laughing a little bit with each other as she finished up the cut and I left her a $20 tip.
