I was slipping into my final dress for the photoshoot, when my best friend, Miranda, walked in.

"Hey, do you have a minute? There's someone I like you to meet."

Miranda Choi, was someone l I met while my High school went on a trip to a University, where she attended. I was a Sophomore then. She is three years older than me and beautiful as can be. Her black hair extended to her lower back in waves, while my dark brown hair came short at my shoulders blades. She wore her violet dress as my light green stayed opposite. Even though I envy everything about her. I'm was so happy to have met her. She brought me out of my comfort zone and I was able to gain so much confidence. She was like my sister and I couldn't have asked for anyone else. She opened the door to the outside of the building, and stood a handsome man. Miranda ran over to him and embraced him.

"Kimora, this is Jeremy Todd, my boyfriend. Jeremy this is my little sister, Kimora Diamond."

Jeremy extended a hand. When our eyes met, I could see a strange spark in them as we shook hands.

"Hi, so nice to finally meet you. Randa talks about you all the time."

I smiled but couldn't shake off this feeling.

"Ladies, you're needed for the shoot."

Miranda grabbed my hand and ran into the building. I looked back to see Jeremy, who had a huge smile on his face as he walked away. We have our makeup put done and hair styled. Once we were in position, the shoot began. The theme of our shoot is "Fairytale", so they have us look as if we were two girls lost in a dream. We are facing each other as if we balanced. One dressed darkly and the other dressed lightly. Once the shoot was over we both headed to the dressing rooms to change. As we walked out, Jeremy was standing by the door.

"Hey, we're going to a party tonight. Wanna come?"

"No thanks. I have to study for my college exams."

"What a shame. It would have been fun with you. Well, see you around."

I saw Jeremy wrap his arm around Miranda's waist as they walked away from me.

Little did I know that was the last time I would see her.
