Jaehwa's POV

I woke up at 5. I was so dead tired that I really wanted to call in today. Yet, I knew that I was going to have to go in, in order to catch this guy. I glanced at Kimora, who was passed out. I kissed her forehead than lips and got ready for the day.

*At the Station

I looked over all the files of all victims since this happened. Trying to find a connection, a clue, something. I was probably on my 9th cup of coffee by now. This guy wouldn't have killed someone so close to Kimora if he wasn't going to do it soon. The time in between each death was completely different, so that won't help. Ages are different, as well. I ran a hand through my hair, stress already creeping up on me.

"Jay, maybe you should rest and get away for a minute. If you keep wanted something to happen, it won't."

"In-tak, how am I supposed to figure something out, if I look away?"

"Well, not getting answers is just going to frustrate you, and you won't get any answers."

He then grabbed me by the ear and pulled me from my desk. He then threw me on the couch, tossing a pillow towards me.

"Take a nap and then look back. You need to clear your head."

He walked away. I thrashed my body around like a child, crossing my arms over my chest. Sleep was quick to take over, and I fell to it.

Kimora's POV

I woke up to an empty bed. I rubbed my eyes and got up. Checking myself in the mirror, I must have had a good night's rest because I had imprints of the shirt, blanket, and pillow all over my body. I laughed and walked into the bathroom. I saw my mess from last night and got to cleaning. Walking to the kitchen, I noticed just how messy this apartment was. Dishes everywhere, our clean and dirty clothes scattered every and dust on everything.

"I'm fucking cleaning!"

I started with the kitchen. I put the dishes in the dishwasher and handed washed what didn't fit. Next, I wiped and disinfected the countertops and stove. Then I simply wiped down any dust on the fridge and cabinets. Next swept then mopped. Once done, I headed to the living room. I picked up every article of clothing, not knowing what was clean or not, and threw them into the washer to start. Next, I wiped the coffee table and tv as well as the fan. Heading to the closet, I grabbed the vacuum and window cleaner. I sprayed the cleaner on the windows and cleaned those before I vacuumed. The final touch was to spray some fabric fresher on the couch. I walked back to the bedroom and made the bed and cleaned the windows as well. Going back to the living room to grab the vacuum, I began to vacuum the carpet in the bedroom. I headed out and put the vacuum back up and then grabbed an apple from the kitchen. Sitting on the couch, I ate my apple and thought about how bored I became.

"I'm going to take a bath."

I threw the core away and headed back to the bathroom. Turning on the water, I sat on the side, waiting for it to fill up. Suddenly, I thought I heard the door open. Trying off the water, I stood up. I checked around the bathroom, and my phone wasn't in sight. I walked over to the door and opened it slowly. I didn't see anyone and slipped out to run to the bedroom. Grabbing my phone, I went to punch in Jay's number when.

"Now, now young lady. We don't need any cops here."

Jaehwa's POV

I woke up all of a sudden. The feeling of inspiration hit me like a train. I got up and ran to the office.

"Kwon, group the photos by gender and then by age in the groups."

I grabbed the files and looked over them again and again.
