A very Clovely story

Chapter 14: The feast

I wake up to the sound of a parachute coming down. I grab and it is a slicing circle and gloves. A slicing cirle looks kind of like a frisbee, but it is a blade. You have to use special gloves so you dont get cut. I dont know how to use it, but Cato does, so I give it to him. "I use to train with these all the time. They are really easy to use. You just aim and throw. They require a lot of arm force. They are really good for killing from distance or from higher places", he says playing with it. I prefer my knives. We get out of the sleeping bag and down the tree. We decide to hunt. We kill a turkey and a wild dog. It almost killed us. It wasnt just any kind of wild dog. It was much bigger. The swords and knives wouldnt kill it. Cato used his slicing circle to decapitate him. Claudius Templesmith then announces a feast. Each of the districts need something desperately. What would we need? We have water, shelter, weapons, food. Then I realize we need protection from Katniss's arrows. The feast is at dawn. "Ok we are going. But we both go in. No one stays behind", he says "Ok", I say. We get near the Cornucopia and find a tree. We stay there and look for other tributes from the top of the tree. Only me and Cato, Peeta, Katniss, Tresh and the girl from 5 are left. Nightfall comes and Cato says he will guard. I snuggle close to him. We brushes my hair with his hands. He loves playing with my hair. I fall asleep with the soothing touch of Cato's hands.

When I wake up, it is around dawn. But there are no bags still. Then the ground opens and the girl from 5 sprints towards her bag  and leaves. I open my mouth in surprise. That was smart. We both get down and start running for our bag. We get it and see Katniss. She throws an arrow towards me, I easily dodge it. "Use your knife!", Cato says. I pick a knife and throw it right at her forehead. It catches her above the eyebrow and it blinds her with blood. Cato and I sprint towards her. I pin her to the ground and decide to cut her lips first, as she will not need them anymore. Then Thresh grabs me by the throat. Cato runs towards him and punches him. This angers Thresh and he throws me to the ground. I'm okay but i see Katniss left. I have the D2 bag in my hand. It is really heavy. Cato punches Thresh in the face and this leaves Thresh disoriented. Then Cato gets out his sword and stabs him right through the stomach. Then the cannon sounds. Thresh is dead. We take his bag and ours and run to the tree where we left our stuff. We climb it and sit down. We drink water. Cato's nose is bleeding really bad. I take out bandages and wrap on around his nose, putting pressure on it. I notice that I'm bleeding a little bit through my throat. I put a bandage on it too. We open our bags and find body armor . Now we can win! I open D11's bag and find a mace. A deadly weapon. He needed weapons for sure. He didnt get anything at the Cornucopia. We put on our body armor and rest for the rest of the day and night. I check Cato's nose. It stop bleeding, but I am pretty sure it is broken. I check my bandage too. It has stopped bleeding. I am happy. Just kill Peeta, Katniss and D5 to win. I brush Cato's hair and he smiles. We sleep hugging each other. I almost died today. Thresh died. katniss ALMOST died. Cato got injured. But it doesnt matter anymore. Because I love him and he is still alive, and so am i. I kiss him on the cheek. He smiles and he falls asleep.
