I stared at the top of Bell's head as she read. We were in the library, to study for a test on dark magic versus ligth amgic battles. I stood up, told Bell I was going to the washroom, and walked down the hall when someone suddenly rammed into me. I fell, and looked up. Dennis and his pack of cronies looked back down at me, with Denis at front. "Still hanging aruond with that chick, eh?" I rubbed my head, and said "Okay, first will everyone stop using that word to describe people. Second, yes, because she's my freind." "Yeah, yeah. Anyway, you know Im ending up with her, right?" I laughed at this "Yeah, just remember the whole purpose she actually exsists is to be my girlfreind, right?" I left him with htat, pushing my way through the crowd until I reached the other side. SUddenly, I notcied the door to the techno magic lab open. I questionned it, because we werent allowed inside apart from class, and only people like me who were working on it had the key to access it. THen again, its a freaking school for dark magic. I cautiously peered inside, and spotted my freind Jaeden Rajoo. Odd because he didnt have a accss key, but I waved it off when I notcied a teacher. I walked in, and said "Hi, Jaeden" He looked up, and said "Hello." "Why are you here?" He srugged, and said "I dont know, just wanted to see this" He patted the amchine "So this is suposed to grant infinite ruless wishes?" "Yup" "What about being omnificence?" "Yes, you can even do that. Itll be a revolutionary change, but at the moment it grants one wish every day, with several restrictions" "Such as?" "Why do you want to know? Are you a spy for the light side?" He stuttered, and I said "Nah. Its restrictions are that it cannot interfere with the past, no omnificense yet, if you wish for extra limbs, trust me it will be painfl. Thats why Zach is still in the medical centre. ANyway, there more, but they generally go along the lines of no invincibility. You can really only wish for objects..." Jaeden nodded, and looked at the machine again. We stod arund for a second, then Jaeden said "Just wondering, could it change feelings? Like emotions?" "Technically so. For example, if you want to be hapy, just wish that and then yeah, you'll feel and be happy. Until your mood switches normally" "How does it work?" "See, you jus tinput the wish over here" I walked over to a computer panel "And then press enter, and there you have it! The reason is because just in case you have one of the 'I wish I was never born' days in here" Jaeden looked at the machine thoughtfully, then asked "Has it been used today?" "Oh, no. Not yet. You can use it, if you want. We're so far through construction today" He walked towards the monitor, and typed in a wish. He hit enter, then the machine started up. It looked like a giant engine, with a few high voltage bushings on either side. The bushings sparkled to life as electricity flew between them, and it began getting stronger and brighter. the teacher sat there, completely unfazed. The light suddenly glew blindingly bright, and we closde uor eyes. When I opened my eyes, the machine laid still. Jaeden said "So, did my wish come true?" "It depends. What did you wish for?" He blusedh lightly, and I did a quick mind read. Actually, I can only do quick mind reads. "ANna? Really?" I asked "You wished for Anna to bec-" "Shhhhh!" He hissed, and left the class. I shrugged, followed, and returned to the library. "Hey" I said. Bell dozed off and she was sleeping, her face in her arms on the table. I sat next to her, unsure of what to do. I lightly lifted her, and plucked out the book from underneath. She still slept, as I suddenly otcied Denis coming out form the library stacks. I quickly lifted Bell with a levitations spell, then quickly moved us both into a maze of selves. I plopped her down against the wall, her head dangling, and I sat next to her. I began reading, but about three pages in I felt something tug on my arm. I looked over and I almost jumped seeing Bell, still asleep, but hugging my arm while laying her head on my shoulder. I sat there for a second, the tried waking her up, failed, then gave up and went back to reading.

Tracy's POV

I sat in study hall, studying. The door creaked open and somone stepped a foot inside. "Hello?" A voice called out. "Hmm?" I asked, looking up. A brown haired boy was standing in the doorway, but walking closer. It was Loke Abram, a jock who continuosly played football. He has a crap ton of girls on him. "What is it?" I asked "Hi thee, Tracy" he said. "Please leave. Study hall is being hosted here" The teacher, Mme Jennifer, said. "Yeah, um, Mcknealy want to see her. Something about grades" Mme Jennifer raissed a curious eyebrow, but said "Okay. Head along now, but hurry" I followed him out of the class, suspicious. We turned the hall, when he suddenly ut two hands on iether side of the wall, trapping me between them. "Um Loke whats happening?" I asked, nervously. He looked at me, and said "Come on, Tracy. Dont you want to have fun with Loke?" "Um no?" He suddenly grabbed my wrists pinning them against the wall. "No please let go" I said, nervously. "Give me a chance...or I'll make you give me a chance" His face was now dangerously close to mine. "N-no" "You little b*tch." "No" "Like leave her alone. She obviously doesn't care about people like you" He wheeled around, still having a death grip o my wrists. "We'll look here. We have Skylar." I looked over his shoulder. Skylar was glaring at Loke, with her hands on her hips. "Look who's come to save the little girl" "Just lay off her" He laughed, and said "Why do you care?" "Because" He laughed, and said "Just go your unimportant ways" She suddenly grabbed him, and forced him up against the wall. I dropped to the floor, shaking. "Let...go!" He said, between choked gasps. "Then leave her alone" All of a sudden, a sharp voice punctured the air "Skylar! Loke!" It was Mcknealy. "Put him down!" Skylar immediately released Loke, who fell to the ground, gasping for air. "Miss Skylar, detention immediately!" Skylar looked at him, and protested "But it was Loke, sir. He was-" "Enough! Twenty points off your clock. Report to me for detention after classes" He walked off, with Loke trailing behind him. Skylar helped me to my feet, and we walked down the hall "Why did he give you detention? You did nothing wrong!" "It's nothing" She muttered "Besides, what's the worst he can give me, clean dragon crap?"
