I walked into the mess hall, and took a seat at my table. Or, a table. The houses also had seperate sections, and students were only allowed to eat if one student of the house gives them permission. THe teachers all sat up front, at a long table. Bell was in Bows, and I watched as she turned her new bow oer in her ands. I waved her over, and she brought her lunch over with her. I quickly emptied the table, also because it seemed everytime she took a step, another boys eyes would divert on her. She came ovr, and sat down. "Crap, why does everyone like me" She asked "I dont know, but seriously. If you want to make them stop, just tell them Im your boyfreind. Its simple, really" "I dont want to hurt their feelings. Besides, theyll either figure out on their own or just stop. But really, its getting slightly anoying. I found fifty nine signed cards at my dorms door." "Huh. Anyway, you like the bow?" "yeah" "Did you grab a timetable from the stand in your section of the hall?" "Yeah. After this I have spellwork with Proffessor Yanderfest." "I have" I looked down at my timetable, and cringed "Great. Just great. After techno magic, I have beasts and animals." Techno magic was a optional class. I've been taking it since I arrived. "Me too!" "Problem is, we do with the Daggers. I mean, I have nothing with Tracy and Skylar, but theres a crap ton of bluuies from there." "Huh." We continued eating in silence, and eventually we waved each otehr off as we heade for our lessons.

Tracy's POV

Me and Skylar were waiting outside the necromancy classroom, when suddenly a boy walked up to me. He had blonde hair and hazel eyes. "Hello" "Hi" I said "Whats your name?" "Tracy. ANd yours?" "Larry" Suddenly, the door swung open and we filed into the class. The classroom itslef was odd, with cracked stone walls, jars containing every bone imaginable, and a giant pit in the center billowing out steam. Each desk had a smaller hole next to them. "Welcome" Said the teacehr, Proffesor Goriaty "Take a seat. I assume all of you know the basics of necromancy?" Everyone except Larry nodded. "Alright. I will explain for you, boy" He nodded at him. "Necromancy is th ar tof using souls and the undead to your advantage. :earning how to summon these pwerful allies are important, so listen up. First, you will hold your hand out over the hole like this" he thrust hishand over the pit "Then, you will move it around in a circle. CHop chop, I want to see it" Everyone began doing it. "Then, you will proceed to recite these words to summon the most basic minion. A chanied soul." goriaty took a deep breath, and said, in a lou dand commanding voice "Chained soul of the underworld, I summon thee!" Larry, who sat at the desk beside me, gasped. A kind of ghost like being, whighed down by chains and a giant heavy metal ball rose up from the pit. Goriaty turned to face us, as if he did nothing more that water some tulips. "Alright. Your turn. Circle your hands, and recit ethe words. Remember, say them clearly and commanding" "Chained soul of the underworld, I summon thee!" The class recited. Out of most of the holes came a chained soul, but Larry's didnt come up. He tried it again, and Skylar said "Nonono, your doing it wrong. Spin your hand in a clockwise circle" He did just that, and a chained soul rose form his hole. "Well done!" Ipraised him. He smiled, and I smiled back. I heard Skylar sigh grumpily.

Austin's POV

I walked out of technomagic class, and outside to the pens. I spotted Bell, and called her over. "Whats up?" "Guess what we're trying to build in techno magic class?" "What?" "A miracle machine!" "A what?" I sighed, and said "In basic, a machine that allows any wish, no boundaries or price. Its only possible because, well, we can combine technology and magic. So combning wish granting and a machine that essentially 'Codes' it." "How close are you to completing it?" I sighd, and said "So close, yet so far. Its difficult." "What do you do in those classes?" "We learn to combine magic with technology. For example, thats how I got my rifle." "Ah" THe Daggers arrived. Skylar and Tracy were there, but also another boy. If I could compare him perfectly with anything, I'd say a wastebin. Yeah. That bad. His name was Denis Harrenfeild. "Hey, there, Austin" He sneered at me "Hows nerd class going" "Continue sneering when we fnish a machine that grants limitless wishes" I said. "Really? And how close are you to finishing it?" I stuttered for a second, then said "Um, er, we arent, really complete, yet." "Ha" He laughed, then turned to Bell "You should stop hanging wth this loser and come join me and my freinds." and walked off. I began clenching my fists "Oh, I swear when Im finished with that Miracle Machine..." "Austin, calm down" Bell said, touching my arm. I sighed, and said "Your right." THe teacher arrived. "Ahem. Before we begin, let me announce that any foolishness in this class will not be tolerated. Caring for these beasts require skill and patience. Any idiots may leave to relieve themselves right now" Nobody answered. "Let us begin" Then Mcknealy fired off a surprisingly fast lecture on the first beast "In this pen, I have a few ragknocked devils." They looked like minions from Smash Royale (Yes, clash royale) but imagin them red, with thinner arms , straighter horns, a face closely ressembling a leprecaun, and red hair here and there. Thats a ragknock devil. "Thses creatures may look splindly, but will attempt to claw to your face and tear it apart wth their sharp claws. Why arent you taking notes?!" There was  a mad scramble for paper and pencils. "They live in hot, humid places, such as volcanoes. They do not, however, live in the tropics." I quickly scribbled down notes "They are incredibly dnagerous. Now, you will all be assigned to one, to feed. Grap a pair of draonskin gloves, and pair off. I want to see strictly girl-boy" I looked over at Tracy and Skylar, who both looked uncomfortable atthis. "Come on" bell said, as she tugged me over to the gloves. They were, in baisic, leather gloves, but a lot stronger. Plus, if you mix in molten dragon scales, they'll become fireproof. Yeah. Ma and Bell walked over to the pen, and I took out a Ragnock. It sqirmed in my hands, wiggling this way and that, kicking anf flailing all over the place. "Hold still, you little..." Bell quickly tok out a dead salmon from a pile and held t above the Ragnoks head. It bit at it, flinging its head around. "Christ, can you jsut feed it, its getting hrder to carry." She dropped the fish, and it doevoured it hole, burping out the bones. We exchanged glances, as the beast writhed in my hands.
