"So, have you been talking to the other guys lately?" Trevor asks me. I nod. We were seated on Trevor's couch in his basement (a.k.a his "game room")
"Not very often, but yeah. I talk to them sometimes. Apparently, my friend is obsessed with you guys. She never acted like it though, so didn't know." Trevor laughs. I haven't heard him laugh for quite some time.
"You never know where fans are gonna turn up." He tells me. I smile at him.
"Why haven't you come to school? I mean, I know why, but why did you start online schooling?" I ask him, suddenly making the room very serious, despite the shelves of games. Trevor's smile disappears, and he looks down at the empty coffee table.
"You." He whispered so softly, I almost didn't hear him. I sit in the awkward silence of he room, wishing I hadn't asked him that. I look at the wall covered in shelves of video games and board games. Sitting on top of a small stack of board games, was a small stuffed blue elephant. I get up and go grab it.
"Who's this?" I ask him. He looked up at me, confused for a moment, then grinned.
"That's my good friend Ellie. I've had her since I was three," He informs me. I smile at the toy and hand it to him.
"She's cute," I say to him. He nods and sets the elephant on the coffee table. "I'm surprised a boy is able to keep a stuffed toy that long without wrecking it." He chuckles lightly.
"I'm pretty shocked too." He says. I sit back down on the couch next to him. "Wanna watch something?" He asks me. I nod. "What do you wanna watch?" I shrug.
"I don't really care. You can turn on whatever." He gets up and turns on The Perks of Being a Wallflower. I raise my eyebrows at his desicion.
"You said whatever," He reminds me. I roll my eyes and laugh. He sits down on the couch next to me.
We watched for maybe thirty minutes, and I could feel my eyes getting heavy. I rested my head in my hand, and fell asleep.
I woke up a little while later, but Trevor was gone, and the T.V was turned off. I had a big, black and white plaid blanket on me. I pushed it off and stood up, my legs wobbling becuase of my tiredness. I fold the blanket and rest it on the back of the couch, and walk upstairs.
The stairs lead straight into the living room, and when I reached the top, there was Trevor, filming a video on his couch.
"...And make sure you remember to buy my song 'Echo' on iTunes..." Trevor was saying. How m uch do I not know about this boy? I quietly walk up to him, seeing what he's doing. He notices me, and waves. "And here comes Andraya. Say hi to the fans, Andraya." I walk up and sit by him. I wave shyly at the camera. "If you liked the video, give it a thumbs up, remember to subscribe to this channel, and buy my song." He kisses his hand. "Bye!" He grabs the lens and turns off the camera.
"You've been asleep for a really long time, Andraya," he says to me as he puts away his camera and tripod.
"I have? How long?" I ask.
"You fell asleep in the middle of the movie, then you were asleep for maybe an hour and a half after it ended." My eyes widen and I look at the clock on the wall.
"Wow. I didn't realize I was tired. Sorry. It's kind of rude to fall asleep at someone else' house." My face got red. Trevor looked at me.
"It's fine. That movie makes me tired too, sometimes." He brings picks up his things and heads for his room. I trail closely behind him, not wanting to be left alone. When we get up to his room, he takes his camera, a cord, and his laptop and sits down on his bed. I sit by his feet. He plugs the camera in the laptop and is sucked into a focus like no other.
"I'm gonna go. My family is probably about to sit down for dinner. Should I come back tomorrow?" Trevor looks up at me sad.
"Please come back tomorrow. I had fun, well, some fun. The first half was a little dramatic," he says to me, making me remember me screaming at his door. I shudder, never wanting to do that again. He comes over to me and kisses my forehead. "Bye," he says and goes back to his computer. I turn around slowly and leave the home.
Throughout the next two weeks, it became routine for me to go to his house. I have been in three of his videos, and the fans have made a ship name for us. They made two: Andrevor, and Trandraya. I like the second one more.
I walked over to Trevor's house, and knocked on the door. This time, it wasn't Trevor who answered. It was his mom.
"Hi, Andraya. Trevor is sick today. You can come back tomorrow." she tells me. I sigh.
"Ok. Tell him I hope he gets better." She nods and closes the door. I begin to head down the driveway, when a car pulled up. Jc got out of the car and smiled at me.
"Hey, Andraya!" I smiled at him and went to him.
"Hey, Jc!" I hug him. He squeezes me, causing me to not be able to breath. "Jc," I croak.
"Oh, sorry," He laughs. "What are you doing here?" He asks me.
" I was here to visit Trevor, but he's sick so I was just leaving," I explain. "Which leaves the next four hours of my time open. You wanna do something?" He nods excitedly.
"Let's go to the O2L house. You haven't been there, so I think you should." He suggests. I grin at the idea.
"Sure!" He laughs, and starts walking towards Trevor's house.
"I have to say hi to Trevor first. I'll be out in a bit!" And he disappears around the garage. I get in the passenger seat of his car, and take out my phone while I wait. Because of my being in three videos, I have gained roughly 300,000 followers on twitter. I look at my mentions, and I find one tweet that catches my attention.
'Andraya doesn't deserve Trevor. 1) she's not even pretty, 2) She's a whore, and 3) Trevor is too good for her'
Every good feeling in my body dissolved after reading that. We're not even dating! I reply to that tweet.
'Who are you to say who Trevor does and doesn't deserve? And we're not even together. So please, check urself before u wreck urself.'
I shut off my phone once I see Jc come out of the house. He gets in and turns on the car.
"Ready?" He asks me. I nod slowly. "What's wrong?" He asks.
"Nothing. I'm just really nervous. How do I know you're not gonna kidnap me?" I joke to get him off my case. He laughs and pulls out of the driveway.
"Trust me, I wouldn't do that for all the money in the world. You're too pretty to keep from the rest of the planet."
