So the rest of the day went by, me feeling really awkward whenever I saw Trevor. He would look at me, smile, and walk away. And every time this repeated, my face turned red. Really red. He obviously knows that I feel embarrassed about it because when I get red, he laughs. I keep trying to ignore him, but I'm always confused by his little "truce" thing.
But now I know why he called it quits.
The next day, when I opened my locker, all hell broke loose. A bird flew out, causing me to stumble back in surprise. When I backed up, I ran right into another girl, named Erika.
Erika is the girl you really don't want to mess with. She got in so many fights last year, that if she gets in one more fight, she'll be expelled. Anyway, I goes she was already having a bad day, because when I ran into her, she grabbed my arm and held it behind my back. In breaking position. I struggled to break free, but she tightened her grip with every try.
"Bitch!" she screams in my ear. "You don't run into me. Especially when I'm already pissed." Then, in one swift movement, she bent my arm even further, breaking it. I heard a loud crack, and pain flooded everywhere in my body. I couldn't help but scream bloody murder. She released me, and pushed me into a wall. I dropped to the ground, still screaming, cradling my arm against me.
Then, principal Schultz runs up to me. I wasn't really listening to what she was saying because all I could hear was my heart pounding in my ears. I felt like I was going to throw up. I wanted to smash everything around me. The pain was so bad, that I stood up and started running down the hallways, crying, desperately trying anything to make the pain go away. I run into the nurses office and before she could say anything I scream at her.
"Call 911! do something, goddammit." And then I blacked out.

When I woke up, I was lying in a hospital bed. The room was all white, with the big brown door shut. I sit up, and stand. I'm totally fine, so why would I be in the hospital. Then I felt a sharp pain come from my arm. I had a bandage wrapped around it. That's bitch, Erika, broke my arm. I groan, and walk over to the window on the wall, and open the blinds.
The light from the sun came in, momentarily making me blind. I looked out over the parking lot, counting the number of red cars. Someone knocks on the door and walks in. I turn around and find the doctor walking in. He stops in his tracks, surprised to see me by the window rather than on the bed.
"You should probably have a seat on the bed. I'm not sure how stable you are." I mentally roll my eyes, because obviously I'm fine if I was able to walk over to the window. I sit down and face the doctor. "Your arm is fractured, and shouldn't heal for maybe a month, a month and a half." I sigh, and nod.
"can I go home?" I ask.
"We'll need a release signature from a parent or legal guardian." I groan loudly so that the doctor knows I'm annoyed. he chuckles, and walk out of the room.
A while later, my parents walk in. "okay Andraya. its time to go." my mom says. I smile, and walk straight out the door without hesitating.
when we got home, the first thing I did was go to my room. I grabbed my laptop and sat in the bean bag chair in the corner. i wanted to see what my friends were doing.
The first website I went on was twitter. I kept scrolling through tweets,m until I found another tweet about Trevor. I clicked his user, and it brought me to his page.
Really worried about a girl I accidentally hurt. #pray4her was his most recent tweet. Oh yeah, he was the reason Erika broke my arm. His stupid bird surprised me and I ran into her. That truce was just to make me not think anything was coming. Again. he's and ass. I respond to his tweet.
Damn right you "accidentally" hurt me. you wanna pay the hospital bill? I send him. I need to shut off the computer before I smash the screen.
God. Why would he trick me? I hate him. I'll keep hating him forever and ever and ever. Nothing he says will make me trust him. I shut my eyes and think about happy things, and thins that I love. And I slowley drift to sleep.
