Chapter 14

"I really really really like you". I say to Nash

He stands there for a second before he says anything.

"Listen Maddison, I like another girl. I don't know why I lead you on like that the other day. I just want to be friends for right now". He says

My world just crashed. I lost both of the Grier boys in one freaking day.

"I hope you can understand that". He adds

"I understand". I say wiping away a couple tears

"Maddison please don't cry over me. I'm not worth it". He says embracing me in a hug

"I gotta go". I say wiggling out of the hug

"But, I gotta ask one thing before I leave". I say

"Anything". He says stepping closer

"Who's the girl". I say holding back my tears

"It's, it's, Maddie". He says

"Oh". Is all I say and I walk out the door

"Please don't hate me". I hear Nash scream as I walk down the street

Maddie deserves him, she liked him first. I just gotta learn how to move on.

I don't know what to do. I don't wanna go home. I can't go to the Griers house, I can't go to Olivia's, I don't want to go to Maddie's right now.

I walked to the park and sit down on a bench and just begin to cry.

"Are you okay"? I hear a voice say and someone patting me on the back

I look up to see none other than Jacob whitesides.

"Yeah". I say wiping away my tears

"I'm Jacob". He says extending his hand for me to shake

" I know, and I'm Maddison". I say shaking it

"What's a pretty girl like you doing sitting on a bench by her self crying"? He says smiling

"Boy trouble". I laugh a little

He chuckles and stands up.

"You wanna walk with me. I'm not a rapist or anything". He laughs

"I know, and sure". I laugh standing up

"So who's the boy? Want me to beat him up"? Jacob says and I laugh

"It's actually boy's. And it's hayes and Nash". I say looking at the ground

"You went for those two jerks when you could've went after this". He says wiggling his eye brows

I just giggle and he laughs.

"But seriously, what did they do"? He ask getting serious

"Well, hayes cheated on me with my best friend and Nash lead me on and on and when I confessed my feelings for him he told me he liked another girl and that he just wanted to be friends for right now". I say in one big breath

"Bitches". Jacob says

"Your really funny". I giggle

"And your really beautiful". He smiles

"Thanks". I smile

"Anytime". He says

*Ring Ring Ring*

"Hello". Jacob says into the phone

All I hear is mumbles and then Jacob hangs up.

"I gotta go, that was my manager. But here let me see your phone and I'll put me in your contacts". He smiles grabbing my phone

He types in his number and hands me my phone.

"Bye beautiful" he says kissing me on the check

"Bye". I blush

"Your so adorable when you blush". I hear Jacob say as he's jogging away

I look at my phone and to my surprise Jacob put his name down as "Stud muffin".

I laugh and begin to walk home.

Things might be changing for the better.

Authors note: so so so so so sorry it took me so long to get this done. My cousin has been at my house for 3 days. Anyway, Jacobs in the story now! Yay! I'm gonna be bringing the boys in one by one. I hope you all enjoyed this! Love you guys!
