"Long time no see!" Chanel rolled her eyes before leaning in to give me a hug.

"That's your own fault. You moved and fell off the face of the Earth!" I exclaimed with a chuckle. Today, my family and Candace's family were coming in town to stay a few days before the reception. It was good to see everybody again but I was not liking the idea of having a full house at the moment. Don't get me wrong, I love both of our families but there was too many people to be cleaning after and too many people to keep entertained. "Where's Rocky?"

"He's visiting a few people right now but he should be here later this evening." Chanel assured me as I grabbed her bags.

Once Chanel and Rocky graduated last year, they both moved to Atlanta to pursue their careers. Chanel graduated from the University of Miami with a major in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Management. She had plans of opening up her own boutique someday. Rocky graduated with a major in Public Relations and a minor in Media Management. They both agreed upon moving to Atlanta so that they could continue their education while establishing their careers. Chanel was currently in grad school at the University of Georgia; she was in their Fashion and Merchandising program. Rocky was also in grad school at Georgia State, focusing on Communications. I was proud of them both to say the least.

"So who's all staying here?" Chanel curiously asked as I escorted her to one of the guest rooms.

"Candace's parents and her grandma came last night. And then you and Rocky. That's it I believe. I got hotel rooms for everybody else." I told her, setting her stuff down.

"Are you excited?" Chanel grinned while plopping down on the bed.

"I'm ready to get it over with. Candace is breaking my pockets." I spoke while shaking my head.

"Don't try to act like you don't like spoiling her." Chanel teased while I smacked my lips. "I can't wait to see how this all turns out. Candace has been raving about it."

"I bet! This about to be the black royal wedding fucking around with her." I joked while she laughed. "On a serious note though, as long as my baby is happy, I'm happy."

"Awwww! Look at you all in love." Chanel smiled while I playfully shoved her.

"Don't try to front like you not in love either. You stopped being a hoe once Rocky came in the picture." I joked while she punched my arm.

"I was never a hoe." Chanel rolled her eyes. "If anybody was a hoe, it was you."

"I've always been wholesome." I said proudly as she gave me a look.

"More like hoe-some." Chanel corrected as I shook my head. "I hope Daryn grows up to be wholesome."

"My son's been getting bitches since he was born. That wholesome stuff is far far away." I assured her as we both got up and walked downstairs.

"I don't believe that. Daryn is a sweetheart." Chanel confidently said, following me into the kitchen.

"Daryn gets bitches everywhere he goes, just like his daddy." I snickered.

"Who gets bitches?" Candace questioned, making her presence known as she walked inside of the kitchen and gave Chanel a quick hug.
