McKenna’s POV:

“McKenna! Hurry up or we’ll miss our flight.” My obsessive mother called from the bottom of the stairs. I was really going to miss living in Australia. 17 years I’ve lived here, and now I may never see it again. “Mom, why do we have to move? There really is no point.” I complain to my mom. “Honey, I know you’re going to miss it here, but I promise you’ll love it in California.” I still didn’t agree with moving but I guess I’ll have to suck it up. “This is your captain speaking, we will be landing in about 5 minutes. Please fasten your seat belts and thank you for choosing Delta Airlines.”  I guess it’s time I except this is going to be my life and I’ll just have to make the best of it. We landed at LAX at about 11:30pm. I was so tired, I just wanted to go home and sleep. It took us about 45 minutes to get to our new house. It was so much bigger than our house back home. Luckily, everything was already put in place meaning the furniture and stuff. All we have to do is our clothes and the kitchen stuff as well as the bathrooms. “Mom, I’m super tired so I’m going to head off to bed. Nighty.” I mumbled. “Nighty love.” She replied.
