----1 week later-----

Ross's POV:

Tomorrow we leave for Japan and I'm so excited. "Babe, have you packed yet?" McKenna called from the hallway. "No." I called back as she came in. "Well, when are you going to? You realize we leave tomorrow?" I just shrugged. "I will, eventually." She rolled her eyes. "So what are we going to do today?" I asked as she laid down beside me. "Um, want to go for a walk? I could use the exercise." She said patting her stomach. "You're perfect. I don't want you to change." She smiled giving me a kiss on the cheek. "You always know what to say, but really I want to go for a walk. Get up!" She smacked me on the back. "I'm going to change." She told me.

"I'm going to change." I got up and went to my closet. I chose a white and black striped shirt, black leggings and sparkly boots. "Ross, is this OK?" I asked him. "I don't care." My smile dropped. "Can you care please?" I stated. "It's up to you. Wear what you want." Now I was upset. "Can't I just get your opinion on this outfit?" He slowly looked up. "Fine, that's so cute." He said in a mocking way. "If you're not going to care then I won't ask for your help anymore. Don't even bother coming on a walk with me. I'll go alone." I stormed out of the room into the bathroom. I finished getting ready and walked out of the bathroom bumping into Ross. "McKenna, I'm so sorry I made you upset. I didn't know how much my opinion meant to you." I rolled my eyes crossing my arms. "Yeah, I know. You don't really pay much attention to me anyways. Whatever, save your apologies for when I start caring. Goodbye." I turned around but he grabbed my wrist. "Now your being annoying. Leave me alone please." He sighed and let go of me. I went downstairs and left. While I was walking I kept hearing noises, like someone was following me. I turned around and saw the guy from the beach that Ross fought. "Will you stop following me please?" He walked towards me. "I just have to say this.  I'm so sorry about the whole beach a few weeks ago. I should have known that a girl like you would be taken. I also shouldn't have said all those things. I knew what was coming but I ignored it. Can you forgive me?" I sighed. "Sure, that's in the past now." He smiled. "Good. Also, I won't fine your boyfriend. It was a silly thought. Where is he anyways?" I looked down. "He was being annoying so I went for a walk, you know. Try to cool off and stuff. We are going to Japan tomorrow and I don't want to be fighting with him while on a plane." He nodded. "Do you mind if I join you?" I smiled. "Sure, company from a non jerk would be nice." He laughed. He was actually a nice guy. His name was Mark Gold and he also happened to have a girlfriend since last week. When we neared to my house he stopped. "You know, if you ever need any advice or a friend if you and Ross get in a fight. Give me a call." He told me. "Of course. Thanks for making me feel." We then went our separate ways. I wasn't ready to talk to Ross still so I went to his house instead. I knocked on the door to reveal Rocky. "Oh hey McKenna. Where is Ross?" He asked. "My house. Can I come in?" He led me into the living room. "So what happened?" I took a deep breath. "'Well, I asked his opinion on my outfit but he just didn't care. I just wanted one opinion. He was all like oh I didn't know my opinion mattered that much to you. Like, does that mean I am a bad girlfriend or is he a bad boyfriend. Clearly if he doesn't know my opinion matters he thinks I don't love him. Th-this is all my fault. Oh my goodness, I'm a terrible person." I began to cry. "No, it isn't your fault. Don't cry." He pulled me into a hug. "I- I have to go." I ran outside and went to be alone to get my head straight.

Ross's POV:

I had no idea what even happened. I didn't want to be that type of guy who tells his girlfriend what to do. My phone began to ring. "Hello." It was Rocky. "Dude, what did you say to her. She is really upset. She just ran out of here crying." Now I felt really bad. "I have no clue. I think she's over reacting to be honest but I feel really bad. Do you know where she went?" I asked worriedly. "I don't know. Where is somewhere she would go when she wants to be alone?" I knew exactly where she was. I hung up and ran out the door. I headed for the old playground that we drove by. I remember she said that it's a good place to get some time alone. I saw her sitting on the swing alone. I could tell she was crying. I walked  towards her then she looked up. "R-ross what are you doing here?" She asked wiping away her tears. "I came to talk to you. I'm so sorry. I really do care McKenna. You know that." I went and kneeled in front of her. "Yeah, I just maybe thought that since you didn't know your opinion mattered to me that you'd think I didn't love you." I smiled and wiped away her tear. "No, I don't think that. I know you love me and you know I love you. Are you mad at me?" She shook her head. "No, not anymore. You are annoying though. Just saying." I laughed. "Yeah I know. By the way, I really do like your outfit." She smiled and kissed my cheek. "We should go. I need to help you pack." I gave her a funny face. "I am a big boy. I can pack my own clothes." She laughed. "Your so cute. You are a big boy, and I know you can't pack your own clothes because you get side tracked easily. I am going to help and you'll like it." I nodded and we began to walk back to my house. When we got there we went to my room. "Alright, so here are the shirts your bringing. Fold them. Here's your pants and underwear. Don't worry, I got the pink ones too." She grabbed some more stuff before she was done. I had no idea how to fold. This was going to be a big struggle.

McKenna's POV:

I turned around and noticed he was having troubles folding. "Oh, I thought you were a big boy who could pack his own clothes." He pouted. "Shut up! It's not as easy as it looks." I just laughed as he rolled his eyes. "Here, let me show you." I showed him how to do it the right way. Once we were finished, we left his stuff near his room door. "Um, can we go to my house? I have to get my things." He smiled and nodded. We went downstairs and drove to my house. When we got there I went up to my room and grabbed my suit cases out of my closet. "Gee, I wonder what your favourite colour is." He stated noticing my pink suit cases. "Don't judge. This isn't even 1/4 of the suit cases I own." His eyes grew surprised. "Seriously. You have like, 20 bags here." I laughed. "Yeah, I only have 13." He raised his I eyebrows. "Well someone doesn't pack light." I rolled my eyes. We grabbed all my bags and put them in the back of Ross's Car. "I'm hungryyyy. Can we get something to eat?" I begged. "Yeah, lets just bring these bags to my house." I nodded. We dropped off my bags and drove to the griddle. "Table for 2 please?" Ross politely asked. The lady led us to the table. While she took our drink orders she had her eyes glued to Ross the whole time making me insecure. Ross put his arm around my waist pulling me to him. "Hey, don't worry. I love you." I nodded unsure. I then saw a familiar face. "Hey, Mark." I waved at him. "McKenna, nice to see you again." I stood up and gave him a hug. I looked at Ross who looked mad. "Um, McKenna. Why are you hugging the guy who tried to steal you from me?" I had no clue what to say. "No, man it's all good. I apologized to her and I'm not going to fine you for assault. See you guys." He turned around and left. "McKenna, Care to explain?" I sat down next to him. "Well, when I went on the walk he was following me so I told him to leave. Then he started apologizing and saying how he was wrong and he really is a nice guy." Ross raised his eye brows at me. "So you didn't bother to even tell me?" He was clearly over reacting. "Ross, it's not that serious. Calm down. He has a girlfriend, there is nothing going on." He nodded. "OK. Just making sure I have nothing to worry about." I smiled. After our little date we went back to his house. I really hope we don't keep fighting. I really don't like it.
