Chapter 13. Graduation.

-----2 weeks later-----

Ross's POV:

Ross: Hey Kenna. Can you come over for dinner? It's important.

Mckenna: Sure thing, see you soon. :*

I put my phone away and went downstairs. I'm so excited to tell McKenna the news. "Hey Ross. You excited to graduate this Saturday?" Rydel asked. "Yeah, I still need to buy a tux though. I wonder if McKenna got her dress yet." I told Rydel. "She did. I saw it and it's so gorgeous. It'll look even prettier when she wears it." I nodded and smiled quickly. "McKenna is coming over. I can't wait to tell her." I said to my sister.

Ross said that it was important that I come over for dinner. I wondered what it was about. I went to shower and get dressed. I put on a black tank top, a red sweater and black leggings. I decided to wear boots. I put my hair up in a braided bun. When I finished getting ready, I went downstairs and headed to the Lynch's. "Bye mom. Bye dad." I shouted before closing the door. I walked slowly to their house very unsure of what was about to happen. I walked up to the door very hesitant to knock. Suddenly the door opened. "Hey McKenna." Ratliff said. "Oh hey Ratliff." It looked like he was taking out the trash so I went with him. "Hey, can I ask you something?' He nodded. "Do you like Rydel?" He turned red. "Um, is it that obvious." I giggled a bit. "I think you should go for it. I have a feeling she's interested too." He smiled a bit. We walked back inside and everybody was in the living room. I felt arms go around my waist making me jump. "Hey baby." I turned around to see a handsome Ross. "Hello." He gave me a kiss. "So what's so important that I had to come over?" I asked. "Hey McKenna. I love that outfit." Rydel screamed. "Thanks. Also, I have to talk to you later. Unless now is good." She smiled and nodded. We went up to her room and she shut the door. "So what's up?" She eagerly asked. "Where are you and Ratliff at this point? Spill it." She was quiet for a bit. "Well, same as always. Although he does give me some glances every now and then. Should I tell him." I smiled and nodded. "Kenna, Delly. Time to eat." Ross called from outside. We both got up and headed downstairs. Ross's fingers slipped through mine as I gave him a kiss on the cheek. We had macaroni and cheese. "So, what's the big announcement?" I couldn't wait any longer. "Alright, kids. We are going to Japan." Everyone screamed. "No way! For what?" Riker asked in excitement. "Turns out r5 has some fans there. We leave next week." I was now confused. "Wait, what does this have to do with me?" They all smiled. "You and your family are coming with us. We want to get to know your parents. We already sorted everything out with them." I smiled widely. "Yay!" Ross gave me a kiss on the cheek. After we were done eating I wanted to get home and pack right away. "I'm going to get home now." I told Ross. "OK. I'm so happy your coming with us." I smiled. "Me too." I gave him a hug and left. Japan was all I could think about. I am so excited. I'm also excited to graduate.

Oh my gosh! I'm so excited. Today, Ross and I graduate. "Honey, wake up! Time to get ready." My mom told me. I went to go shower. After my shower I did my hair and makeup first. I wasn't sure weather to wear my hair up or down but I finally decided to wear it down. Next was my dress. I was in love with this dress. It was blue and sparkly. It took me an hour and a half but I was finally ready. I walked slowly down the stairs so I wouln't fall. "Oh, you look stunning honey." My mom said almost crying. "Thanks mom." I smiled giving her and my dad a hug. "The limo is waiting outside." I have no idea what my mother was talking about. I went to open the door and Ross along with my friends were standing outside next to a white Limo. I gasped. Ross ran up to me giving me a big hug. "Aw, Kenna you look absolutely beautiful." He eyeballed my dress. "Thanks. You also look very handsome my sweet puppy." I bopped his nose. "Sweety, we are going with Ross's parents. We'll see you there." I waved and slipped my fingers through Ross's. "Ready babe?" He asked. I nodded and smiled. We got into the Limo. I can't believe we are about to graduate. This is so crazy. Ross and I talked the whole way there about Japan. "So, are you two excited about Japan?" My friends asked. "Yeah, it's going to be awesome. Especially with this cutie coming with us." Ross told them as they aww'd. "Yeah, I'm super excited. It's going to be the best trip EVA!" I sang but they laughed at me including Ross. "You're such a dork." Hazel told me. I just shrugged. When we got there, the place was packed. I didn't mind though. It was so exciting. I held hands with Ross the entire time so we weren't separated. I was so nervous. "McKenna Graywood." I ran up to get my certificate. "Thank you. I'd like to thank all of my teachers even though we haven't known each other long. My friends for being there when I needed them most. My boyfriend Ross for being so supportive. My family and all of you." After my thank you's I sat back down. After a few people it was Ross's turn. "Ross Lynch." He ran up to the stage. "Man, this is great. I'm a grade 12 graduate. I couldn't have done it without the support of my awesome family. Love you guys. My great friends. You guys are Great. Last but not least, my amazing girlfriend McKenna. I am so proud of you. No one is as brave and kind hearted than her. She has accomplished so much this past year. She's gotten through things I probably couldn't have. I'm very grateful to have her in my life. I love you so much." I had tears in my eyes. He was so sweet. When the ceremony was over I ran up to Ross and gave him a big hug. "I love you so much. You are too sweet." He kissed my forehead. "I Love you too and nobody will take you away from me. Can I stay over tonight?" He asked. "Sure." I smiled. After some food and cake it was time to go home. I walked into my room and crashed onto my bed. "Ugh my feet are killing me." I complained massaging my feet. "Here, let me help." Ross came over and began to massage my feet for me. "You are so... I can't explain how great you are. I really am in love with you." He stood up and kissed me softly. "Thanks Kenna. I am in love with you too."

-----Later on that night-----

After Ross and I both showered I changed into comfy joggers and a tank top. "Hey baby, I'm super tired. Come cuddle with me." I got up and went to lay down beside him. He wrapped his arms around my waist and rested his head on my stomach. I ran my fingers through his hair. "I really like when you do that." I giggled. "I know." He began to hum a lullaby. I slowly felt my self dozing off until I fell asleep.
