"Are you sure this looks good on me?"

"Honey, all my clothes look good on you!" Caitlin said as she sat perched on the end of her bed.

Kara emerged from the bathroom, wearing a bright orange dress.

"Well?" Kara held her arms out awkwardly.

"Maybe...too much colour," Caitlin said in the nicest voice possible.

"Ugh..." Kara dashed into the bathroom and reappeared a second later wearing a blossom coloured gown.

"Nope. I didn't even know I had that?" Caitlin cocked her eyebrow.

Kara emerged again wearing a nice, blue summer dress.

Caitlin stared for a moment, Kara raised her eyebrows in anticipation.

"I guess you and Killer Frost have one thing in common...you both suit blue," Caitlin said proudly.

"Are you sure?" Kara looked down, rubbing bits of the fabric between her fingers awkwardly.

Caitlin was now standing.

Kara turned and looked at herself in the mirror.

"Trust me, blue is DEFINITELY your colour!" Caitlin said as she started fixing Kara's hair.

Kara's mind was in overdrive, she couldn't even think about what she wanted to say next...

"Do you think Barry will like it?"

Kara bit her tongue.

That wasn't supposed to come out!

"Sure...why wouldn't he?" Caitlin said with a slow, questioning tone.

Kara stiffened, trying not to think...until she saw the expression of Caitlin's reflection change.

"Are you...trying to impress Barry?" Caitlin asked with a grin.

"No..."

Kara was mentally dying inside.

Caitlin smirked, which earned her a satisfying sigh out of Kara.

Kara's cheeks were bright pink.

Why does this have to happen to me! She moaned inside.

"If there's one piece of helpful advice my mum gave me growing up..."

Kara lifted her gaze as Caitlin tugged at a bit of matted hair with the brush she was using.

"...if a guy makes you blush, don't let him go," Caitlin said with a calm voice.

"Has that advice helped you?" Kara asked.

Caitlin didn't answer straight away.

"It did once or twice..." Caitlin trailed off.

"There, all done!" Caitlin said with pride.

Kara looked at herself in the mirror and smiled.

"Alex definitely wouldn't have been able to pull this off," Kara said smugly.

"I'll take that as a compliment!" Caitlin's voice lit up like a vocalist.

Kara turned to face her.

Caitlin could see the trouble in her face.

"For what it's worth, don't hold it in," Caitlin said with a sympathetic voice.

"Barry is a lot happier when he's with you..."

Kara's chest erupted.

"We haven't seen him smile in months. That was until the other night," Caitlin smiled.
