"What did you do Gally?" I hear Newt snap at the builder. "I didn't do anything! I just stopped her! Isn't that what you wanted?" Gally says back, angrily. I look up at Newt and see a flash of, jealousy? It goes as quick as it came, so I brush it off. I stand up and say, "He didn't do anything. I'm sorry I ran. It just freaked me out a little." Gally smirks raising his already sky-high eyebrow, and says, "A little? Greenie, you ran faster than shucking Minho, which is saying something. Anyway, I was only cleaning up. Isn't it time for dinner?" As if on cue, my stomach growls. "I'm taking that as a yes," Newt says, leading me over to the dining area. Walking over to the dining area, Newt throws a glance at Gally, who scowls, or should I say, goes back to normal.

After the meal, Newt leads me into Homestead. "Stay away from him." "What? What do you mean Newt?" I say, turning to lock eye contact with him. "Gally. Stay away from him. He talks about you, and not in a good way. Just, stay away from him, okay Billie?" I nod, taking his order in. Newt smiles, and says, "Goodnight, Glader Girl."

In the middle of the night, I'm woken up by someone shaking me gently. I open my eyes and see Gally. "Come with me, I wanna show you something," Gally says, taking my hand and leading me out of Homestead. We walk into the deadheads, past the graves, and over to the maze wall. When we get there, I see there's a giant rectangular chunk of the maze wall missing. There are foot and hand holds winding up the rectangular room. When we climb up, I see that it looks into the maze. I look around and see that the room is bigger inside since it stretches inside as if part of the wall is hollow. Where a wall would be separating the room from the Maze, there is just a long, giant, window, like the one where the griever jumped at me. There is a bunk bed on the furthest wall, and there is a fridge, as well as a table and two armchairs. The room is in the corner of the maze wall, hidden in the deadheads. "Do you like it?" I hear Gally ask. I turn to him, and say, "Yeah. But why are you showing me this?" He shrugs and plops down on an armchair. I sit down on the floor by the window, staring out at the maze. "Do you want to run it?" I turn to Gally, taken by suprise by his question. "Uh, yeah. Running from the Griever seems to have triggered something in my mind. It just felt, good," I say, thinking. We look out the window, watching the sun rise steadily. Gally stands up, and says, "You better get back, Billie." I nod, getting up. "Oh, and, don't tell anyone about this, alright Greenie?" I smile at Gally, and say, "Don't worry. Your secrets safe with me."
