Takenao's Pov:

Takenao looked at (Y/N), who seemed on edge. He sighed through his nose. "So where is my brother?" The females (E/C) orbs flicked to him.

"You're not planning on breaking him out, are you?"

"No, I just risked my ass to check out the angel realm." The female looked at the male bewildered on how he could possibly be so emotionless, yet still have harsh biting sarcasm.

"You know I will get blamed for that. Plus that's against the rules."

"So is kissing a demon." A ghost of a smile played on the males lips as the female turned red. From embarrassment from the memory or anger, he could not tell.

"I did NOT kiss you!!! Y-you're the one that kissed me!" The female grew more and more flustered.

"That is beside the point, are you going to help or are you going to turn into a star?" The female gave the male a perplexed expression before realization set in, making her pale.

"You would kill me?" (Y/N) finally asked after a long pause.

"Can't risk you mouthing off to your daddy now, can I?" As the male spoke he grabbed another picture. The picture showed (Y/N) mother and father dancing and smiling as if they had heard the funniest joke in the universe. The male looked at it bewildered.

"I wouldn't mouth off!" (Y/N) paused as she saw the confused male. The female could swear she saw a hint of recognition flash upon his features. "Are you ok?"

"Who is this?"

The female cautiously walked over to the male and peaked at the picture.

"My parents. Why?" The male stared at her bewildered.

(Y/N)'s POV:

The male seemed lost in his own thoughts, causing the female to wave her hand in front of his face. "Hello, anyone home. Why do you look so confused with the fact that those are my parents?"

"I must have just..." The male shook his head, then set the picture down. "That's not important. Not now. Are you going to help me or not?" The female felt anger warm her chest, but brushed it off.

"I'll help, but we play by my rules." The male rose an eyebrow. "Continue to pretend to be an angel. We will be friends so I can get you close to my dad. If he likes you, he won't suspect you to do anything."

"But wouldn't that just get me on his radar? He doesn't know I even exist right now, so shouldn't we use that to our advantage?" The female shook her head.

"He has a knack for picking out the ones that want to be hidden and watching them until they slip. This is the best way, for now at least. Maybe I can introduce you to my parents tomorrow. And be on your best behavior! Now you should go, my parents will be home any second, and I don't think you being here when they do will get you on my dad's good side." With that, the male sidestepped past the female and exited the door, leaving her alone.
