We are all but broken toys of a cruel god. I ain't slapping you with atheism. I have a god - a personal god. However, I cannot avoid to think of Him as a cruel kind of god. Look around you. Go outside. Look around real good. Each face you see may seem composed but they are all damaged. They all have sad stories and each one is a tragedy of its own.

The concept of God as being eternally good has long gone left me. They claim that God makes us suffer for us to love Him more but I think that this is the same concept as slavery. God loves us then in a swift second He decides to inflict us pain? Like "Oh, interesting, cancer. Let cancer succumb these beloved people of mine so they will love me more"? Well, if he ain't bossy he sure is insecure. Why does a god need love so much from us that it flies to the point that he kills people we love for us to love him? I don't understand that.

I don't believe in a god that condemns his people. Like if a person committed a sin he is damned for eternity in hell. I don't believe in a god who throws his people in hell. Come on, these are his beloved people and he will just let them be scourged in hell - FOR ETERNITY? That doesn't sound like love.

I believe in a forgiving God. Not the one my religion is teaching. THAT is a cruel god. These people judge other people and put the name of a god to represent damnation. I don't believe in religion. Religion divides people. Haven't you realized that? Think hard. Religion is everywhere. It does not unite us. It builds wall. Lots and lots of walls. They even kill each other in the name of their gods. No loving God wants a divided people. No loving God wants His people to screw each other in His name. Humans created a God that suits to their standards. Human standards. That doesn't seem quite right.

I believe in God - the loving kind of God; the kind of God that promises a heaven with no hell; the kind of God who does not know damnation for the sake of punishment; the kind of God who understands His people. He may not have a name but I know He exists.
