"Hey," He says.
"Hey," I smile.
"How are you feeling?"
"Like a ton of bricks." I laugh. He gives a shy laugh back.
"I'm sorry, Spencer."
"For what?"
"For not being there. You know, being your uh-whatever we are-I should've been there for you. And I'm sorry about that. I'm a horri-"
"Hayes, stop." I laugh. "I've known you for like three days and you've been there for me more than Hunter. I've known her for six years."
"Yeah but still."
"But nothing. You're an amazing person. You've changed my views on this tour and most importantly, you changed me. You helped me out of the hole I've been stuck in for years. What kind of horrible person would do that?"
I could see the tears welling in his eyes and I feel mine coming to the surface. My vision was blurry so I blink and out comes a fresh wet tear. Hayes also let's a tear drop from his eye, causing me to laugh. He laughs along with me.
"Why are you laughing?" He asks me.
"Because I've never seen you cry but you've seen me cry millions of times." I smile. "And need I remind you, I look like a hot mess."
"Haha, that's true. But you're not just a hot mess, you're my hot mess." He laughs. "Besides, you're not even ugly, Spencer. You're beautiful even in your worst moments."
"Aw Hayes," I say. More and more tears drop down my cheeks. He walks over to me and I scoot up, making room for him on the hospital bed.
Hayes wipes my tears and I laugh, again. He laughs at me as well, another tear dripping down his cheek. So I wipe his away.
"You're beautiful when you cry too," I laugh.
"Why thank you," He smiles. We stay silent for a little bit before Hayes starts to speak again. "Spencer, I love you. I love you so much, and I care about you. I was so scared that Kaleb knocked the life out of you,"
"Hayes," I say.
"Wait, just let me finish." He pauses. "You're beautiful, funny, sweet, and an amazing lacrosse player." I laugh. "From the moment I met you on that limo, I knew we'd have something special. Something inside told me that we had a spark. You're absolutely perfect to me, Spencer Gilinsky. Even with your flaws."
I couldn't help but smile. I was drenched in my own tears at this moment. Hayes was the sweetest kid. Anyone would be heartless to hurt someone like him...
"Oh Hayes," I pull him in for a hug. I let my tears roll of onto his shoulder. "I love you, I love you, I love you!" I repeat multiple times.
Brandy walks in to tell us that visiting time is over. I wipe my tears and hug Hayes one more time and even kiss him on the cheek. Then I wave goodbye to him as he walks out the door.
Brandy gives me a look.
"What?" I ask laughing, still wiping my tears.
"You're too young for that but, it's very cute of him to check on you."
"Haha, cute." I laugh.

Later on, around 8 o' clock, Brandy had brought me my laptop, curtsey of Jack. It had awoken me when a Skype chat had popped up.
I clicked on the chat to see Mahogany, Sam, Hayes, and Jack all looking at the camera. They immediately smile and start speaking. I could tell that they were at Magcon from the sound of screaming fans.
