I woke up in another glorious mood. The sun shined through the windows and I felt like a princess. A knock on the door came next to a raspy voiced Hayes.

"Good morning beautiful," Hayes smiles. I rub my eyes.

"Hey," I smile. He walks in and sits next to me. His arm wraps around me and we don't speak. All we do is smile and laugh.

"I can't believe you have to leave tomorrow." He said, his voice hanging low.

"Yeah, but it's not like I'll never see you. We can FaceTime and when the summer comes, you know I'll see you then." I smile and kiss him on the cheek.

"Totally." He smiles. "Well, we've got lots of stuff to do today so we might as well start now."

"Sure thing. Let me change." I say.

"Alright, I'll be downstairs." He kissed my forehead and walked out the door. I put on a Nike basketball shirt and some athletic shorts. After all, it was a hot day to come. Then I created a fishtail braid and walk downstairs.

"Good morning sleepyhead!" Jack yells.

"Good morning," I say to everyone.

"Hi Spencer! Take a seat honey," Mrs. Grier says.

"Thank you," I say to Nash as he pulls out a seat next to Hayes and Skylynn.

"You look cute," Hayes whispers.

"Thanks, did it for you." I wink. I could almost see him blush.

"Alright you two, eat your breakfast, we've got a big day ahead." Mrs. Grier says.

"What's the plan?"

"Well, we've got Hayes's FBU camp at 8-"

"Wait what time is it?" I ask, surprised.

"It's 7." Hayes says.

"I didn't even realize. I always sleep in." I laugh.

"Don't worry, we all do." Nash says.

"But anyways, after that, we're going canoeing and tubing at the lake and then going to a nice seafood restaurant downtown."

"That sounds great. And hey, I finally get to see you play football, which you claim to be so good at."

"Hey, I am good at football!" He playfully punches me in the arm. I laugh and punch him back.

"What better way to spend the last day with my best friends?" Nash hugs the Jacks.

It was a 1/2 hour drive to the FBU camp. I've always loved football since my brother played in high school. It always made me happy and I even played in the Westside powderpuff game.

"So you wanna help me warm up?" Hayes stretches out and yawns.

"Sure," I say.

We get out of the car and stretch. The line was just starting to form when we arrived. Hayes and I threw the football back and forth while walking to the line.

"Wow, I never knew Spence was so good at football." Jack says.

"Me either," Hayes smiles. Johnson just laughs.

"I mean, I watched you do it for years so why not learn?" I shrug.

"God I don't know what's better. The fact that you're beautiful or your athleticism..." Hayes holds the football as we reach the line and puts his arm around me.

"You two make me sick," Johnson says as Jack and Nash agree.

We finally got signed in and walked onto the field. We meet the coaches and walk around the stadium. It was pretty nice, but not better than Omaha's.
