Chapter ten

-Melissa P.O.V-

It been a month since I moved and everything seem to go in place. My father got a job in my grandpa Ritz factory as Jr assistant manger. Then I grew more friendly with Gloria and her friends. They even invited me for a sleep over at Gloria house on Friday,tomorrow. It great, I love these people as much as I love my old friends, but the only thing I hate is Victor and his hatred for me. Steffany stop giving me the stink eye but Victor still look to me like I'm a bad meat. But I just ignore him during English and focus in school.

"Hey Gloria" I greeted Gloria when I was parking the car in school. She was waiting for me at the same parking spot I park every day.

"Sup girl" she wave her hand and greet me with a smile

I get out my ferrari and grab my binder from the back seat. I talk with Gloria for awhile near my car since she wanted to make sure I was going to the slumber party.

"So this my address and don't worry about parking your car, my yard is big so park anywhere. Oh and can you bring chip and dip? My step brother finish everything this morning and I may not have time to go to the store." she ask me.

"Sure, I'll pick up chip on the way."

"Great"

Ding!Ding!

"Well better go. Bye" I hug Gloria before I went into the school.

I walk all the way to the class , walk in and waited in my seat for Jose. Me and Jose really got to be best friend like with me and Gloria. He super kind and smart, very well built and he kinda cute but not like my Jesus. *sigh* I really miss Jesus. And my friends*sigh*

"Hey Gwen. What with the long face?" Jose pop up and wave his face in front of my face.

"Oh ummm.... I was just thinking about my old friends. I really miss them" it been a month since I last talk with them and I would do anything to be with them again.

"Why don't you talk with them then?"

"Ummmmm...... because ......." I have to think of an excuse. I can't tell him about the witness program.

"Because?" he look at me strange.

"Because their parent forbid me to talk with them after the trouble I got them in." what? I had to think something fast.

"What you do trouble marker?" he gave me a smirk.

"I.....ummmm.....threw a huge party and was shut down with the police." I fake a smile. Please believe. Please believe.

"Wow. That must have been a hella of a party to shut down. Can't wait for the sleep over then"

"Yeah, it going- what? Your going?" Why would he be going?

"Yeah, I'm going to be there too because it also my house."

"But won't you feel weird hanging around people you don't know " I never heard of a brother and sister having a sleepover together. They usually never have he same friends.

"Naw. I know one person."

"Who?"

"You" he gave another smirk and I blush a little. Why am I acting like this?

"Ok class. Class is about to start so take your seat. You too Jose" Mr.Sanchez interrupted us.

"See you later" I said to Jose.

"See you later" he walk pass victor who was watching us and sat down next to him on the other side.

I look at victor and see he going that death glare he give me every day. Seriously, what is his deal with me!!??
