Chapter eighteen

-Seth P.O.V-

We were on our way home, I keep staring at Jose while he was talking to Victor. I didn't pay attention what they were saying until Jose mention Gwen.

"I won't be there in the meeting Alpha. I have a date tonight and I don't want to keep her waiting" Jose tell Victor.

"With that pathetic human, Gwen?" Victor said her name like it was a gross dish.

"Yes" Jose nod his head.

I growl a little at the though of my mate being with him. I know or sure Gwen is my mate but I still don't get how. But I still love her and she all for me!

"Ok Beta but don't stay late" Victor agree with Jose and keep driving

Once we made it home, Victor and Gloria both walk in the pack house while I pull Jose back.

"Wait a moment lover boy"

"What you want Seth?" Jose ask me.

"I don't want you going to that date with Gwen tonight" I tell him

"What? You can't tell me what to do" he respond in anger.

"I can and I will! You are forbidden to go!" I scream at him with anger. My wolf was at the merge to come out.

"Why do you care Seth?"

"Why do You care?" I snap back.

"Because I care for Gwen. She mystery and beautiful. And I think she could my mate" He smile a little when he said mate.

F**k Him! She's ours! my wolf scream in my head

"She could not be your mate" I growl to him

"And why not?" he yelled back

"Because she can't"

"Why not?"

"BECAUSE SHE'S MINE!!" I scream at him using my alpha voice.

"What?" he said all confuse

"She is mine mate" I repeat again but calmer.

"Dude, Gwen is your mate? Why didn't you tell me?"

"Because I don't really want the pack to know I'm mate with a human." I look away to avoid eye contact. I finally told someone about her and it feel kinda good

"Man, you should have told me. I would never steal another guy mate." Jose put a hand my shoulder. "That would be mess up of me"

I look to him and he had a reassuring smile. I smile a little too.

"Thanks bro" I fist pump him.

"No problem. Now since we got that out of the way, I better call Gwen."

"For what?" I ask.

"To tell her I can't make it to the movie date but you can" he turn and walk to the house.

"Wait? Me?" I ran after him.

"Yeah bro, this could be your chance to get closer to her"

"For reals?" I'm going to that movie date?

"Yeah, I want my best bro to be happy." he pat my shoulder.

"Thanks"

"No problem. Now go get ready. Your have a date in 20 minutes" And with that, I ran up stairs and took a quick shower.
