Why Are You Doing This To Us?

Cole's POV

I have a bad headache. I twisted and turned until I woke up in the light of day with sweat coming down my forehead.

"Cole your awake" I heard a voice say

"Who is this?" I said trying to move before I realized I was chained to the wall

"It's Lloyd" Lloyd said a bit confused

"What happened?" I asked noticing that Lloyd was also chained to the wall

"We were over thrown by a dark matter" I heard the lovable Zane murmured

"Why are we chained to the wall guys?" I asked yet again for some intel

"I don't even know," Lloyd stated, "The last thing I remembered was that we were talking to a voice saying we had to destroy Ignacia or else we would be arrested and then lights out"

It was so weird I never thought that government would go against us to plot something so evil. That was when we heard the prison door open and a person walked in.

"Nice to see you again soldiers" The figure said

"Who are you?" Lloyd asked

"That Lloyd is the Mayor of Ninjago, Greg Berny ." Zane answered 

"Why yes that would be correct my little robot friend" He said," You probably have a lot of questions for me don't you?"

"Why are we caged like wild animals!" I screamed at him trying to pull my chains off the wall

"You were unstable at the time and we don't want you escaping" He said with a smirk, "But great mission fellows, you got most of the job done"

"What mission" Zane asked

"The one to destroy Ignacia" He said," Oh right you don't remember that you hurt your friends or killed so many people in that small little village"

"What did you make us do!!!" I yelled at him

"You might have had a little fight against you friends that didn't sign the contract" The Mayor said 

"Who did we hurt?" I heard Zane mumble to himself

"Well you got the blue one pretty good, but only black out. The girl was stabbed by Zane in the stomach while the fire boy had no scratch on him." He told us. I couldn't take it anymore my friends are getting hurt from this and I don't know how to stop it.

"I just have one more mission for you three though" He said 

"And what would that be because we won't do it" Lloyd said

"The goal for the government is to execute all remaining  Ignacians, but it has just accrued to me that your friends Kai and Nya are from there" The Mayor said with another smirk

"We are not hurting them again" I growled

"Oh, but you will no matter what it takes. I want them all dead" He hissed while getting closer to my face

"Why do you want the people of Ignacia dead?" Zane asked 

The Mayor then turned around from me to Zane, "They have treasures that are meant to be mine! They have abilities that they can't control, but only two of them have them. And that was when I realized something when you were in battle. Kai and Nya are those two monsters I have been searching for" He hissed

"We will never find them for you!" Lloyd yelled 

"Oh but you will" 

And then that whole room turned into dark purple and red. Soon the whole room was full of darkness....
