I, for some reason had been put on duty of finding the cure for this vampire-ripper virus.I made my way into the lab that Wes had previously worked in and began looking through all his things, in hopes that I could help my brother and his girlfriend.
I picked up a voice recorder, it beeped as I pressed play and Wes' familiar voice began speaking.
"I've managed to extract the werewolf venom from Nadia Petrova's blood. The addition of the venom will make the ripper virus even more lethal to vampires."
"Oh my God." I shook my head as my eyes widened.
"So werewolves are real." I heard from behind me causing me to whip around. "I was told that was just like, you know, a joke."
"Enzo." I smiled as he walked closer to me. "Where the hell have you been? And what the hell are you doing here?"
"I'm here for the same reason you are, I want this vampire-feeding virus out of our lives." He told me, still walking slowly towards me.
"Yeah, well I'm not having a lot of luck." I frowned as I began to worry for my brother and Elena.
He smiled, now only inches away from me. "I have the antidote."

"Hey." Stefan spoke from the other side of the phone.
"I have some bad news." I sighed. "It's not the same virus."
"What is it?"
"Dr. Creepenstein was working on the next phase of his virus. When Nadia was sick he was experimenting on her blood and he figured out a way to extract werewolf venom from her blood... And he put it into the virus."
"Wait, what do you mean werewolf venom? That means it's fatal."
"Hello! You don't think I'd just drop this on you, without a silver lining? There is an antidote. It just requires you to come meet me. I'll text you the address."
"Or, you could just bring it over here?"
"No, you have to go there, and don't ask me why because I can't t-"
"I'm not going anywhere Ellie, until you tell me what is going on."
"The travellers don't want anyone to know what they're up to, and by anyone I mean newbie emo witch types with bad attitudes. Just get there fast, okay." And with that I ended the call.
***
"Okay we're here, now what?" I questioned Enzo as him, Stefan and I stood around some strange train/junk yard.
Before he could answers, dozens of what I assumed to be travellers emerged.
"Who are you?" Stefan asked as a woman walked towards us.
"I'm Sloan." She answered, you met some of the travellers when they were taking a bucket of your blood."
"Oh, yeah." Stefan frowned. "How could I forget?"
"So, you have the antidote to this ripper virus, correct?" I asked, stepping in front of Stefan.
"We do thanks to Enzo." Sloan told us causing me to smile over at Enzo.
"I was trapped in that bloody farmhouse with you and Damon, set to have my head torn off but Wes, with the help of the travellers saved our lives. On the one condition that I owed him one." Enzo told us and I frowned at the memories.
"Yeah but what does that have to do with us?" Stefan questioned.
"He was running low on vampires, he wanted to continue his work and so I let him experiment on me." Enzo sighed. "Among other things, it allowed him to make an antidote."
