NO ONE'S POV:

Lauren woke up the next morning to the sun streaming through her curtains, sending its warm rays to her body and encouraging her to get up. She sat up, stretched her arms, and rubbed her eyes to get rid of the remaining sleepiness. She got up from her bed and took a quick shower, trying to be fast so she can spend some time with Zayn before the others wake up.

After finishing the shower she headed to her closet and chose an outfit; a high waisted denim shorts with a simple pink tank top. she put on her silver infinity necklace that Zayn gave to her and slipped into her grey converse before heading downstairs.

She wasn't surprised to see Zayn sitting in the kitchen with the same clothes he was wearing yesterday, which means he hasn't sleep yet. He has been doing this a lot lately, and it was worrying her. He barely sleeps, and the dark circles under his eyes were a clear evidence about that.

She stood in the door frame, watching him as he poured more coffee into his mug and started sipping from it. she waited until he turned his face and saw her, a small smile appearing on his pale face.

"Morning," she greeted as she made her way to him, giving him a quick kiss on the lips.

"Morning love." He put his mug aside and cupped her face, planting a deep kiss over her forehead.

"You haven't sleep yet, ha?" she asked as he caressed her cheek softly. He shrugged and smiled to her, sitting on the stool and pulling her hand to stand in front of him.

"Nop." He answered, popping the p out.

"And why not?" she asked annoyed, not liking how he was acting lately.

"Because I didn't feel like it." he answered calmly, looking down at the ground so she can't see the truth he was hiding.

"Zayn, look at you…" she lifted his chin up slightly and looked straight at his tired eyes, "you're really tired. Don't do this to yourself, you have to get some sleep."

"Don't worry about me, babe. I'm fine." He comforted her but she shook her head, knowing that he's lying.

Yes, he's lying. He's not fine at all. He couldn't sleep because his mother's words refused to get out of his head. He stayed awake the whole night, staring at the ring she gave to him as her speech echoed through his mind. He made a mistake by not telling her. He should've told her what he really feels, he should've told her that he doesn't love Perrie anymore. But he didn't, he lied to her just like how he lied to Harry and the boys.

He tried to shook those thoughts out of his head but he couldn't. He took some sleeping pills to help him to sleep but that didn't work too. The situation got even worse when he started thinking about what will happen when Perrie comes after tomorrow; what he's going to tell her? How he's going to explain this for her? And even worst; what he's going to tell Harry? Will their friendship remain the same after Harry knows that he's in love with his sister?

The logical answer that Zayn concluded  was no, nothing will remain the same. Harry will stop trusting him. His mother will definitely stop talking to him for what he did. When he cheated on Perrie the first time his mother refused to talk to him for weeks until Perrie visited her and told her that she forgave him. and now if she knew about this, what she's going to do? Safaa, his small sister, will get so sad. She loves Perrie so much and she counts the day until she became his wife.

The boys, Simon, the media, everyone..

Everything is going to change, there was no doubt about that.

As hours passed since his mother's speech things got worse; the questions he was asking to himself became more dangerous. He started asking himself if this was even worth it; is it worth to sacrifice all what he has for this girl? For Lauren?
