Harry’s POV:

My mother just left, she was crying so hard because I shouted on her so Zayn followed her. I don’t know what he told her, actually I don’t care! The woman who was standing here seconds ago isn’t my mother; this is not my mother, she’s totally different from the sweet, tender women that I was calling “Mom”. She become a different person when she saw Lauren. Her looks were filled with shock., nothing but shock, There wasn’t any guilt in her eyes.she acted like she did nothing, and it killed me;  it killed me to see Lauren staring at my mother with the saddest look I’ve ever seen, while my mother standing there just trying to find a way not to embarrass herself with what she did 18 years ago.

Lauren’s past has affected me so much, everything happened for her made me reconsider every thing I do and every step I take in my life. I felt sad about how she was suffering while I was here having the best time of my life and achieving a huge success. I know that it’s not my fault because I didn’t know anything, but I still feel that I should make it up for her.

Since Lauren came, I felt like I’m responsible for her, Responsible for the tears she shed, for every scream she let, for every wound and every scar she has, responsible for everything happens for her. I promised her that no one will hurt her again and that’s what will happen, No one will hurt her as long as she’s here, no one will make her feel sad ever again,  not even my mother can make her cry anymore, she cried enough in her past, Her future must be filled with laughs and love; nothing but those things.

I opened the door of her room without knocking, she was sitting on her bed, her hands resting on her lap with Camila’s hands over them. Camila got up from her place so I can sit there, she smiled softly to me before leaving me alone with Lauren and closing the door behind her. I looked at Lauren again, It was heartbreaking to see her like this; disheveled hair, puffy eyes, tears streaming down her heated cheeks, she looked like a mess. I touched her cheek softly and she leaned to my touch, closing her eyes tightly and allowing more tears to fall from them.

“You’re not supposed to cry.” I whispered to her, afraid that my words will hurt her more. They did actually, she let out a hard sob that made my heart hitch in pain.

“W-why? Why everyone...” she tried to say but her voice broke, she let out a deep sob then tried to say again “why everyone,, hates me?” she managed to say the sentence that tore my heart apart. I felt my eyes getting teary as I heard her. I wrapped my arms tightly around her shaking body and stroked her back

“Why do you say that? Nobody hates you” I whispered in her ear, holding back my tears as strong as I can.

“Jack and.. and.. Anne.. why?” she gripped my shoulder  tightly with her hand as she buried her head on my chest.

“Shhh.. Don’t say that” I said while stroking her head now “They don’t know you. They don’t know anything about you, they don't know how a great person you are. “

“I-I.. I hate mysel...” she tried to say but I cut her off immediately.

“No no no... don’t say that, don't you ever say that. Look at me...Look at me” I lifted her head away from my chest and grabbed her cheeks with my hands so she was looking at me straight in the eyes “don’t you ever say that again. You’re an amazing girl; you’re beautiful from the outside and the inside. You have a warm heart that cares about everyone. You’ve been through a lot and you’re still suffering from your past that you’re not even responsible for. You’re brave because you were able to run away and come here to see me, you made a great and a big decision; not only for you but for me too. You’ve changed me a lot since you came here, you made me a better person, you added so many things to my life, and I’m glad you did. You didn’t do anything wrong to deserve those terrible things that happened to you, but you survived through them. you fought your fears , and you’re still fighting till this moment. I’m so proud of you; you’re so brave sweetie, don’t let the past take that away from you. Don’t let anyone take that away from you, because now your life is getting a little bit better. I’m not saying that it’s perfect yet but at least you’re away from that monoester; you’re here, with me, your brother, your brother who’s ready to fight everyone and everything to see the smile on your face…” I moved my hand to her hair, brushing the stray strands back from her face and tucking it behind her ear "I love you, all the boys love you, and Camila loves you. We all love you sweetheart. I want you to keep that in your mind forever” I said, my eyes not leaving hers as I spoke; to make sure she never forget those words.
