Sara’s p.o.v.
I don't mind if Krystle will feel bad,it’s always better late than never. The night had just begun and we were not done with our stories, just then Krystle's mom called her for help, the few minutes she left seemed so long and I don't know when and how but I saw Krystle laying near me when I got up the next morning. Guess it was because of the long days of work that put me to sleep like no one’s business. I lifted my wrist and stared at the watch, it was half past six in the morning.
No more time for being lazy.
I got up immediately and woke up Krystle, we got ready quite fast, as we didn't like applying make-up, we quickly put on some kajal, combed our hair, put on our earnings and were off to leave.
We went down and had the sandwiches which Krystle's mom had prepared. We left for work but decided that Krystle will be sleeping over in my house tonight.
Work went on as usual. It was a good day where in no one was being yelled at, all our work was completed and we were listening to music and chatting, just then my friends reminded that tomorrow is my birthday. oh God, now how had I forgotten that.
I was excited as my nephews and my cousin were going to be here. I was snapped from my thoughts when my friends were yelling “treat treat treat" as if it was their right. Most of the people here were friendly and always surrounded me with love. It is a lovely place. I love coming here :)
It was 8 in the night and Krystle came home, we had our dinner and we decided to go to the backyard and talk for a while. The weather was just so relaxing with cool breeze brushing against us, we just sat there for a while and Krystle hit me on the hand “ah!! What did I do??" I said rubbing my hands to which she gave a sarcastic smile and said “Sara....ugh!!...how did you sleep off last night?" before I could answer, she told me “tell"
I continued my story and told her that back then, in the ninth grade, those two years (7th & 8th grade) I just lived my life thinking that someone was there for me, it became such a habit to think of him every day and live in this dream world and on one such day, I was watching TV lying on the sofa and just got up with a jerk saying “Jun", I have never heard to this word had no clue what it meant that’s when I decided, as I said Jun while thinking of him whatever be the name of my husband I will call him Jun.
I looked up at Krystle and she was happy and waiting for me to tell her more, then she had a doubt. “What is the meaning of Jun? “she asked all of her neurons trying to guess, I flashed a hundred watt shy smile and she was getting impatient and was shaking my hand so much that I started shaking and began laughing God!! she was annoyed, I controlled my laughter and told her that I was googling it and one site said that Jun was Chinese for handsome, she was so awe struck “How could this be, I mean it’s apt you would call your husband, handsome. How cute and romantic that will sound in your home, I really want to see you calling him Jun, I mean, I see these types of things only on TV. Anyway I am elated for you..."she said with glow in her eyes, then she asked me the one question I've been asking myself.
