Personality: Loyal, intelligent, quiet, shy and caring. Has issues with adopting her companions as her own children, getting too attached to people and can be too trusting.

Family: The Diviner (jcdwriter's OC) her sister. The Geneticist, The Door and The Captain her children

Backstory: She was a TARDIS repair technician, she had a husband because of an arranged marriage her parents set up before she was even born and three kids. Hedtargehchegdruipso, or Hedtar for short (The Geneticist), her oldest daughter.Vankothdrustrumdanrelnynda, or Vankoth for short (The Door) her middle daughter. Tondoynvanoobiperunmunnarth, or Tondoyn for short (The Captain) her youngest son. All was good until the Time-War happened. Her husband was forced to fight in the Time War. After notice got back to The Outcast that her husband was killed in action she was determined to get herself and her children off of Gallifrey. She hijacked a type 57 TARDIS after sending her children off in three separate tardises which she programmed to protect them at all costs. She didn't want her children to be punished for her actions should she be caught. To this day she has no idea if they are alive.

Also, her latest companion is a 14th century knight called Sir Charlie, don't mess with him if you want to live. He will protect the Outcast to his dying breath and the Outcast is extremely protective of him
