Where is she, Starscream?

I do not know Lord Megatron, last time I saw her was-

SUBJECT 4685

SUBJECT NO. : 4685

AGE IN EARTH YEARS: 15 years since creation

DAY OF CREATION: May 17

DESCRIPTION: In response to recent events with Predaking Lord Megatron has decided that we need not rely on the Predacons of the past, but on one of our own creation. I was tasked with the creation of this creature and since it was to be based on the original Predacons the design part was not difficult. This was one of our first attempts at the creation of such a life-form so we expected it to take many trials and many subjects to get it right, therefore we were not planning on the subject living long. Only long enough to see what needed to be improved upon. So, we began with the base, by approval of Lord Megatron this was to be made out of Cybertronian metal. Then began the process of making the Spark, this was to be made with C.N.A from Predacon fossils and later infused with dark energon. The C.N.A had to be altered to gain the approval of Lord Megatron, we had to [CORRUPTED DATA] in order to mess with the genes necessary to make sure we had as much control over the subject as possible. We manged to do the internals, making sure the subject had a way of processing fuel and a self-repair system. Most of the systems weren't made to last long term. Finally we had to turn to the dark energon, we had decided to [CORRUPTED DATA] to cut down on the creation time of the beast. We installed the Spark into the beast, inserted in dark energon and waited. Eventually the spark started beating and the dark energon began to pump through the systems. The energon did the rest of the work for us it [DATA CORRUPTED] to create the beast's brain, armor and optics.

APPEARANCE: The creature has C.N.A from what appears to be a female Predacon, therefore we call her a she. This creature has a silver base and black armor. Her eyes can be one of three colors purple (neutral), red (Happy) and gold (mad) Her claws, teeth and wing membrane are silver colored as they are her base sticking through. Her base form is made to look like a dragon.

ABILITIES: She is very good at fighting with just her body, she can fly, shoot lightning, can disable electronics with her high pitched silent roar, is very intelligent, has a self repair system and can operate with or without her armor.  She is designed to hunt for not only targets of Decepticons, but also her food.

WEAKNESSES: She is constantly malfunctioning, any use of her lightning can fry her internal systems temporarily causing her to lose the ability of flight, make any sort of noise or shoot lightning. She can also not fly without any armor. She does not like being fixed and has been known to injure or kill anyone who dare tries. She can only have dark energon for fuel, anything else will begin to break her down from the inside out.

FOOD SOURCE: Dark energon

PERSONALITY: Calculating, she is very smart and can be taught things while also learning things intelligently on her own. This creature is not happy with captivity and will constantly lash out at anybody who gets too close. So far only 20 have been injured, none killed. Confident, she does not fear punishment by any means and refuses to listen to anybody including the so called king of the Predacons.

INCIDENT REPORTS INVOLVING SUBJECT-4685

Day 1: The creature appears to be sentient and all motor functions are working properly. She should be ready to be introduced to Megatron within the week as planned. First, we will unfortunately have to introduce her to Starscream as he will be her handler and give her commands directly from her master. She should be ready to be introduced once we make sure that she will not bite Starscream's head off  (despite how much he deserves it) and will not rebel against commands. Lord Megatron made it quite clear that he does not want a repeat of last time and we are inclined to make sure that does not happen again. Predaking is making moves to remove himself from his master, but Lord Megatron does not want the brute to know that his moves have not gone unnoticed (This thing has a password Starscream, do not lose your fuel over it!). To keep the dragon unaware we are also going to introduce him to this new addition and make him think that she will be member of his kingdom, when in reality if she is stable enough Lord Megatron might use her to get rid of him. If she is not, well it will just be killing two birds with one stone as the humans put it. 

Day 2: The creature after a whole day's observations has proven to be capable of processing fuel as intended and has no problems with a normal operational schedule. However, some tests have proven quite troublesome and exposed some unexpected flaws. Her internal systems have proved unable to handle electricity and what was intended to fry her enemies within a single blast has proven to be a weakness of her own. Her self-repair system is doing the best it can, but is taking much longer than intended. This is rather disheartening news and will no doubt be a disappointment to Lord Megatron. We are debating whether or not to terminate the beast, make an attempt to improve her internal systems or just leave as is. As soon as the creature is operational we will decide on our next course of action.
