Powers: She has ice powers that come from either her hands or eyes. If she can touch it or look at it she can freeze it, this effect can last anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. She can make herself and only herself levitate, but only a few feet above the ground.

Super suit: It is a full body suit in blue and white. The hands are not covered by the suit and on them are gloves with the fingers missing. Most of the outfit is white except for her belt where she carries her dagger.
Weaknesses: If her hands are covered or if she is dehydrated then she can not use her ice. If she is wearing anything over her eyes like glasses or contacts then she can't freeze things with her eyes either. Her ice is also like normal ice which makes it melt faster in heat and can be effected by her emotions. She can only levitate a few feet and at most will make her jump a little higher. She can not fully fly.
Strengths: Due to the nature of her powers she can survive extremely cold temperatures for long periods of time
Personality: She is a loyal person, but can come off as cold and calculating. She is very good about finding out information on people and does so with every new person she meets because of past experiences. She does well working in groups, but needs some time alone occasionally. She loves to try new things, especially if she knows that she may never get the chance to again. She gets uncomfortable when people talk about things she doesn't understand or relate to, especially when it comes to childhood experiences.
Backstory: As a child Charlotte was a witness to her parents being killed by HYDRA because they were trying to hide her from them. They had made a deal with HYDRA years before to pay off some debt or another, the price being their first born child. Charlotte was then taken to HYDRA headquarters where she spent the first 20 years of her life. Within that time she went through multiple tests and experiments which gave her the ice powers she has. Eventually while in there she met the Winter Soldier as a way to show her what she would end up becoming. He would end up being her mentor one day, but that day never came. In response to recent events between the Winter Soldier and Captain America, HYDRA decided to move Charlotte to a new location. Unknown to HYDRA however the newly formed Avengers had already found that base and were finding a way to infiltrate it. Much to the Avengers' surprise there was only a few of HYDRA's experiments there, one of them being a now 20 year old Charlotte. Once out of the base Charlotte was taken back to Stark Tower where she was once again a prisoner while she was questioned and analyzed. Once released she was quickly adopted into the Avengers.
