Strazyuorae Lumina (Original concept)

A/N: Probably the weirdest idea I have ever had in my existence. Let's just say my imagination said "Screw it!" To the logical side of me and this was the result and I may or may not have got a little carried away with it. Oops. XD 

Name: Strazyuorae (pronounced: Straz-o-ray) Lumina

Gender: Female 

Age: 30 

Personality: She is the type to be considerate, but is in no way naive. She is ready to fight at the drop of a hat, but seems unsuspecting because of her childish (but polite) ways. She is never the type to be flirty and will slap any boy who tries to flirt. She never likes boys hitting on her, especially ones of another species, so for your sanity and mine NEVER put her in a room with Captain Jack Harkness! She can be a bit quick to jump to conclusions and has been known to be slightly reckless and will jump into a fight headfirst. 

Looks: She has Caucasian skin and all three of her eyes are a deep blue.

Species: Nuyxxeam (pronounced: Nux-eam)

A bit about the species: This species is considered the "hybrid" of the alien world. It is a mix of a mammal, a reptile and a plant. It can not eat, but goes through photosynthesis. It can reproduce asexually and sexually. Like a reptile it can shed its skin and does so approximately every six months. It produces live young, these young are cared for by their parents until they are about ten, then they are considered adults. They can not have see very well at all in the dark and require some sort of sunlight at almost all times, without it they become weak and that can kill them. They have no sense of smell. This species only lives for about fifty years, but can inject its DNA into a child (under a year of age) of the same species to essentially clone itself and continue living. It is normal to do this, in fact there are labs that take in developing children and inject the DNA of a dying person into the children. They can also scientifically grow specimens in the lab and put them up for adoption. The species can have any color skin you can think of, they typically have three eyes and usually don't have hair. They grow to be about one or two feet smaller than your average human. They have lips, but have nothing in their mouths other than tongues. No gums, no teeth. 

Despite that fact it would be unwise to pick a fight with them. For they are a war species. Young children are taught  fighting and military strategies from their first day of school until they get out of it. They are taught how to survive. Along with Math, science, reading, writing and of course history. In fact war is so much a part of their life it is just normal. 

Home planet: Blorix

A bit about the planet: This planet is not the most pretty, but not the most ugly either. It is mostly covered in mountains which the Nuyxxeam build their civilizations on the side of. These mountains are crystal white and look like they are made of diamond. The rest of the place is desert with green sand, this desert provides no food or water. The sky is a deep Purple, with a brown sun in the daytime and blue stars with a black moon at night. The planet is ruled by a monarch, the throne is passed down generation to generation. Who gets the throne is not specified, though it is rumored that the current king and queen make all the siblings fight for the throne and the winner may pick anybody in the village to be their spouse. So naturally, murder and betrayal in the royal family is quite normal if the king and queen are getting ready to pass away. 

Traditions of species: It is shameful to not have children, you must have at least two children, by law single or not. It is an honor to serve in war, parents have been known to disown children who refuse to fight in at least one war. It is considered bad luck and a disgrace to have children during war, most people try to have children during peace time. They can easily predict if a war will start again by the time the baby is born because the female will only stay pregnant for a month before the baby is born. Arranged marriages are considered a crime punishable by death, however it is traditional for parents to introduce their child to people who they think will make suitable husbands/wives if not that then friends. By law, nobody has to get married if they don't want to.
