My best friend, Anaja, and I were trying to catch up with the rest of the Survey Corps on this latest expedition. Everything didn't go out perfectly though, an aberrant titan started chasing us. Anaja got out her blades to go and take out the titan as I was going to go follow her and assist her abandoning the horse we'd be using to get back, but the aberrant pulled Anaja's wire sending her to the ground when she was head level with the titan and the titan was a twelve meter. The impact left Anaja with a broken 3DMG, and one or two bones in herself that had cracked.

Anaja was kneeling on the ground in pain, not to far from the aberrant. It was unpredictable of what these titans are capable of, but I was praying that it wouldn't attack Anaja. I ran as fast as my legs could take me to her, and gently threw her over my back if you could even gently do that. Anaja groaned in pain, as her arm reached out to the broken gear she had to dispatch it from her waist since it was broken and what good could a broken 3DMG do when you're trying to carry someone? I raced back to where the horse originally was, only to find it not there anymore. I looked behind us and saw the horse dangerously close to the aberrant titan's foot. I mumbled in frustration, oh great. I didn't bother flinching when I heard the sound of bones cracking behind me, as terrible as it sounds.

"Hang on Anaja." I tell her running over to the forest where we would stay for a while. The aberrant didn't bother chasing us anymore after, so it left the two of us some good. Anaja's hands were tightly clasped together in front of me, as I stand in front of a large tree and begin climbing it using the working gear I had. I physically pulled her up with me. Everyone called Anaja and I the power duo, even when my two other friends were still alive. Anaja as the swift killer, swooping in for a kill extremely fast, and myself for the one with physical strength. Mine exceeded far much more than the average women, I just barely topped Mikasa for it. My 3DM'ing also was to be admired. The two of us though, had no match for Corporal Levi though. We would be nearly there if it wasn't for our bad habit of recklessness.

When we were close enough to a high enough branch, Anaja used her arms to get herself over to the branch and sat on it. I went to the branch across from her, and began rubbing my eyes.

"Are you okay?" I asked her even though she wasn't.

"A little bit, my hip feels like it will fall off, but I'm good with my arms." Anaja replied, giving me a smile despite all the pain she's enduring right now.

"Broken bones are inconvenient right now." I chuckled.

"I'm so sorry [f/n]. If I wasn't so reckless we'd be in a much better position." Anaja said. I tried telling her it wasn't so, but nothing popped in my head as another reason as why it had to be that way. One small titan appeared, and my face displayed signs of worry. There coming already? This sucks! It's difficult using the gear out in open areas, even for someone like me. The group are probably so far away now, assuming the two of us are dead!

Anaja isn't going to die, not on my watch. I can't afford to losing another friend, I've lost two already.

I was part of a four way girl member thing, each of us had a star quality that outmatched others and each trait would compliment others in the group. That group, consisting of Anaja, myself, Alyssa, and Taylor, only lasted for about a year before everything began crumbling. Alyssa was knocked unconscious, being slammed into a tree after all, and was going to die by a titan unconscious too. I had no intention of just standing there even my fear for the titan in front of me since it was so creepy after all. I was about to leap forward in an attempt to save her before arms swiftly wrapped around my torso tugging me away from her. My eyes widened as I turned to see who it was; Levi. My anger for him fueled like wildfire then, I squirmed from his grasp but his hold on me was still firm.
