[Happy Independence Day my lovelies (: Here's an Eren special for it, and since the 4th of July is mainly for Americans lol, let's just say Independence Day is also in the Attack on Titan universe.]

"Wake up!" you loudly tell Eren, moving him around the bed. You were on top of him, trying to wake him up for the holiday that Eren and you planned to celebrate together. You've never celebrated Independence Day before, since your parents were so strict about getting chores done and you were really excited to go through the day. Eren groaned as he tossed and turned around in bed, moving his hand to yours.

"Come on!" you urged him.

"Five more minutes [f/n].." you take note of his deep morning voice. You roll your eyes at his laziness and move away from the bed. You happily skipped to the door and got ready for the morning. Then you would be on your way to wake up Mikasa, since she wouldn't let Eren out of her sight.

Eren had your hand in his, his grip around it in a protective manner. He knew how much you liked him being protective of you. Mikasa told you that she would be arriving shortly after, so Eren and you were walking over to Hanji's home, where there would be a party in her backyard. You couldn't wait, the outfit you were wearing specifically for today. You bought it yourself, no one saw it but Eren today.

"Oh you're here!" Hanji delightfully said running up to hug you. Eren pried his hands from yours, giving you a warm smile, before leaving you with Hanji and went to meet up with Armin. Hanji scanned down your outfit, and she seemed even more excited than she already was before.

"You're so pretty [f/n]! Eren must be a very lucky boy." she said wiggling her eyebrows around. Your cheeks become dusted with a light shade of pink, as Hanji dragged you to her backyard. It had already been set up neatly, you loved how large the area was. Your eyes widened as you saw the huge pool to the far right.

"Oh gosh.." you said under your breath. Hanji smirked and walked towards the pool, dipping a finger in to feel the temperature.

"Didn't expect it? C'mon [f/n]! It's summer for crying out loud!" Hanji laughed, fixing her glasses onto her face. You walk up to the pool and looked at the clear water.

"Of course, it's just it's so huge." you replied. Hanji snickered, and you didn't bother asking her what she was laughing about since it will most likely be perverted.

After about fifteen minutes of you and Eren arriving, Mikasa came along with Sasha and Connie tagging along with her. Mikasa kept her firm expression as she walked up to you, holding something colorful in her hands.

"What's that?" you ask, taking the thing from her. You looked at it only to immediately find out it was a bikini. Oh my God, you think already feeling color sprouting into your cheeks.

"Hanji called me to bring it to you." Mikasa said, before going off to who knows where. Does Hanji expect you to go into the pool? In front of so many boys? It took a while for you to warm up to Eren, how could this even work? Sasha came up to you next, her mouth stuffed with food Hanji brought for the party. She also had some of it on a plate she had, happily eating it. She swallowed before speaking.

"Have you tried this chicken yet [f/n]? It's so good!" she gawked. You shook your head no, staring down at the bikini still laying in your hands. Sasha looked down and nearly choked.

"You're coming to the pool too? Who knew [f/n] would?" Sasha laughed, patting your shoulder before walking back for more chicken. You sigh, wondering wear to put this think for the time being. An even bigger group of people appeared not long after. Reiner, Bertholdt, Jean, Marco, Petra, Oluo, Eld, Gunther, Erwin, Moblit, Krista, Ymir, and Annie. With the huge amount of people showing up, the backyard wasn't nearly piling up as you thought it would be.
