Alone In The Dark

I've never felt so alone
The tears stream down my face
I only want to feel you
And lie there in my space

I sit here in the darkness
And long to hear your voice
There's nothing I can do now
Perhaps you've made your choice

My heart will always love you
You'll always be the one
I won't ever forget you
What more could I have done?

You used to call me Angel
And comfort me while I'd cry
That is all I wanted
Instead I heard goodbye
