A six-year-old orphan boy he was
working day and night to save a cent
trying his best to support his siblings
and growing up to be a man with a big heart.
For him helping others had no end even with having sixteen children to raise.
A 76-year-old man he became.
A father, a grandpa, and a friend
people look up to him for he was their hero
a pure big heart along with a warm smile
a walking angel with eyes that sparkle with love
the time came where he decided to take a break, to finally rest
but the diseases he had didn't help much
diabetes and heart attacks didn't leave him a choice
for he spent three full months in and out of hospitals
But then he was finally done, a month with no pain, nothing to bother him, a chance for him to rest
Everything was great, surrounded with ones he loves
But again, every living being has to come to this end
It was time for him to finally rest, this time for real
He left this world with honor, a great name, and a legacy
He found peace, but the ones who loved him couldn't comprehend it
A living angel just left this world
a precious man, one that jewels can't be compared to
He left us broken with an aching heart
filled with fire that can never be turned off
Our tears dried from crying so hard
As the world grieved for such a loss
the sky turned to the most beautiful shade of blue, a sign of how happy they were to greet his precious soul.
