I was happy seeing Abby back to her old self. Ibang-iba kasi siya kahapon nung nagkita sila ng Seth na 'yun. Ano na kaya ang nangyari 'dun?

"So, I'll fetch Jamie from her condo and we'll just meet up at Isla's. G?" Ulit ni Abby nang papalabas na kami ng auditorium.

Half-day lang daw 'yung practice namin ngayon kasi nagp-prepare na 'yung faculty para sa graduation ceremony. Buti nalang talaga at hindi ako na late kanina, baka ako pa yung magiging dahilan kung bakit hindi matutuloy ang half-day.

"Oo na. Sabay na rin kami ni Aileen." Wika ni Ari dahil iisa lang naman sila ng village ni Aileen.

"Alright, see you later then." Mas maaga silang pupunta sa bahay kasi wala naman kaming ibang gagawin ngayong hapon, umayon ata ang panahon kay Abby ngayon kaya ang saya-saya niya.

As we were heading for the gates, a tall fair skinned man in a tuxedo was leaning against his audi. He brushed his hand over his light brownish locks as if he didn't care if it ruined how it was styled before.

Noticing, his almond eyes looked at our group past his aviators. It seemed as he saw what he was looking for when he headed for our direction.

"Ako lang ba o may papalapit sa'ting daddy?" Bulong ni Ari sa'min. I saw how Jamie hit her arm at the corner of my eye.

"Isla, right?" Those words slipped through his full pinkish lips with the perfect cupid's bow. How could a male species have such fascinating lips?

"Me?" I idiotically asked back.

"Ako ata, te? Ako ata ang Isla sa'tin dito?" Ari's sarcasm wasn't helping.

He smiled at her, amused by her remark.

"Third." He offered his hand.

"Arianne." Siya ang naunang tumanggap sa inilahad na kamay ng lalaki. She introduced herself kahit na hindi naman kami sure kung siya talaga ang kinausap.

"You must be Archibald's sister." Lingon nito kay Abby, "We've never met before. Unlike Seth and the others, I just knew him from work, it's nice meeting you."

"Pleasure's mine." Ngiti naman ni Abby sa kaniya, although I saw a hint of wariness in her eyes.

"This is Jamie and Aileen." Abby introduced the two and both just waved at him for acknowledgement.

"It's a pleasure meeting you all." Ngiti niya sa apat, "Isla?" He then turned to me.

I exactly knew what he meant, but things changed. Half day nalang ang practice ngayon, at paniguradong malalaman nila mom 'yun lalo na't pupunta sina Abby sa bahay.

"We won't mention it if you don't want us to." Abby said as she saw me having second thoughts.

"Text mo nalang kami kapag naka-uwi ka na at tsaka lang kami pupunta sa bahay niyo." Wika naman ni Ari.

"That could work but my cousins are there. They have their ways." Lumingon ako kay Abby. Ayaw ko sanang sabihin 'to sa kaniya dahil alam kong magwawala siya, "Vaughn follows you on social media, he gets information about me through you."

Her jaw literally almost dropped at the mention of my cousin. "Ulitin mo nga." I almost saw her eyes sparkle.

"Abby."

"Hoy! Bakit si Abigail lang!?" Reklamo naman ni Ari, "Vaughn my bebe labs what is the meaning of this?" Nakahawak pa siya sa kaniyang didbdib nang sinabi ito.

"I mean you can't blame me, Isla. The Vaughn Demavie follows me! Me!" She squealed like a kid who was just bought a new toy. Vaughn's not even that famous.
