"Are you sure dito ka lang?" He asked.
I told him to drop me off five houses away from Abby's just to make sure she doesn't see him. Mahirap na. I don't want her to know what's going on with me and her brother yet, or ever.
"Yes. Baka makilala pa ni Abby 'yung sasakyan mo." I said as I got off his car.
"I understand. I'll call you."
"Don't miss me too much." I teased, chuckling as I walked towards Abby's.
I've decided to go with the flow.
Archibald is obviously way older than me, and I know it sounds weird coming from a seventeen-year-old like me, but I do want to at least spend my remaining days here in the country with him.
It's not like I'm not returning or anything, it's... about him.
We'll never know what the future holds for us, may it be gruesome trials or simply happiness, it's up to our chosen paths to whether what will lead to which. And this is what I chose. I chose to be with him, even just for this short while.
We're not in a relationship or anything. It was clear, for the both of us, that what he wanted was for me to reciprocate his feelings, which I've clearly shown that I already have.
It's nothing less than a commitment, well, it hasn't reached that point even. We're not platonic, I can say that, but I also can't say that we're completely romantic.
"Thank you for giving me this chance." Was what he said, and I couldn't have made a better choice.
We'll just see how this agreement of ours will end.
Abigail was already packed and ready as soon as I stepped into their living room. Ako nalang 'yung hinihintay niya.
"What took you so long?"
"Ha? Bakit?" It was too late for me to take back that nervous tone in my question.
She hysterically exclaimed.
I don't know why I was nervous at the thought of her calling Arch. I hate keeping this from Abby, but it's not like it's easy to just come out and say, "Hey Abby, I've been hanging out with your brother. Hope you don't mind?"
"Regret why you made the dare now?" I casually asked.
"Luh, bakit ako? Kayo kaya ni kuya 'yung nagkasunduan." Somehow her words have double meanings that only I know hit a frail spot.
"Why are you nervous?"
"OMG! Did you do it? With him?"
"Him?" Arch? No, but almost though.
"Ni Third! Sino pa ba?" She rolled her eyes as if what she said was the most obvious thing, "O baka may ka threesome kang babae ka kaya ka natagalan!"
