When Everything is bad for other, all you need to do is just smile and be there for them.
Be kind and let them express themselves to you, express your feelings and show them that you care.
Sometimes they don't want to be bothered, fine, leave them be until they want to talk.
If they end up not talking, be concerned, worry about them, push them to talk to you.
But when it was hard for yourself, I just smile, like everything is okay.
Even when you have been beaten, been broken to a million pieces, or can no longer walk.
All you can do, is smile.
That's what I do.
