why must i sit
in a room with my peers
and hope that over
the teacher teaching
they don't hear my cries?
where i can no longer go
to the guidance office
because they just
send me back to class anyways.
we're stuck in a loop
work overloading us
to the point of just
giving it up.
endless nights studying
just to fail the tests.
our system is falling apart
our bright futures
