this place its school
a second home
for kids in the halls
they wanderlessly roam
this room is a safe place
my pen falls with a plop!
this room is so quiet
you could here a pin drop
these halls are so crowded
at first filled with fear
but i now have my friends
who i hold so near
this school is a place
i can let out my heart
i knew id miss this building
from the very start
this is all for ela class im undefeated in poetry this will
be my death so rip
