Alright, so I'm slightly editing and then continuing the story from where I left off before university and moving to Thailand. But without further ado, ENJOY!

Chapter 11
“She lost me in the airport. Of course I tried. I’m the best agent we have for god’s sake. No, she is good. She knew every move I tried to make and the counter act. Don’t worry, she hasn’t seen me yet. I have a perfect plan to trap her.” This is going to be fun; she won’t even know what hit her.

By the time I snuck upstairs, changed into my uniform, figured out that Codes went on a “field trip” into town to practice breaking down firewalls and hacking into accounts without sending alerts to retrieve information, it was a little over halfway through third hour. I was sitting in the junior and senior common room contemplating whether or not I should go into town, find a professor and ask what I should do, or just ditch until fourth hour, Headmaster Morganfeld appeared at the doorway and asked me to come to his office. I followed him down the long, majestic hallways, and down one of the long and twisting hidden stairwells in the school. He opened a door on the side of the hallway and bid me to enter the room. It turned out to be his office; we had entered through a bookcase. (I know, cliché much?)
“Kaylia, I wanted to chat about your little trip before you get back to classes.” Headmaster Morganfeld said. “I understand there weren’t any major issues?”
“No sir, there weren’t any major issues.”
“Wonderful. Did the family like you? Are you going to be able to live with them for awhile?”
“Yes sir, I think so. At first the whole family was extremely enthused to have me there except for one son but as time passed he warmed up to me. They all were sad to see me go and told me that this better be a ‘short goodbye’.”
“Ah, very good. Now, you will possibly have to miss more school if the problem isn’t solved quickly.”
“Right. That was the one question I had… what exactly am I supposed to be looking for?”
“Strange behavior, suspicious packages and mail, stalkers, the usual procedure for anyone in suspected danger.”
“Okay, thank you Sir.”
“Thank you again Kaylia. Now get to class.”
“Thank you and good day Sir.” I replied and left his office, and continued my way down the twisting hallways to ID Changing. I knew as soon as my classmates saw my face the endless questions would begin. I snuck my way into the classroom; being one of the first ones there it wasn’t hard. Unfortunately since there are only twelve people in our entire grade my plan sort of failed… I was spotted right away by Abbie who made a direct beeline toward where I was sitting.
“OH.MY.GOD! How was your trip? How is your dad? Is he like really far away from here? Why’d it take you so long to get back? What did you do on your birthday? You met a boy, didn’t you?” Abbie says, talking a mile a minute.
“ABBIE!” I say interrupting her, “Calm down! My trip was fun, my father is good, he wasn’t too far away, I was stopped by Headmaster Morganfeld when I got back who asked about my father, we went out to dinner and toured the city, and no I didn’t meet any boys. Did I answer them all?” I ask, out of breath.
“Yes! I am so jealous; I wish could leave school and hang with my dad in some classified location! It was so boring here without you. I had no one to do homework with!” Abbie replied. By now the whole class was around me, listening to our conversation.
“Abbie, what do you mean you had no one to do homework with? We totally had a study party last night.” Ryan said, sounding offended.
“Ryan, me attempting to do homework while you JJ and Aaron annoy the living crap out of me isn’t a study party!” Abbie replies sarcastically, everyone joining in laughing.
“Hello class, I hope you all remembered that the culture check is tomorrow/”

“Earth to Kay, earth to Kay!” Ryan states, waving his hand in front of my face with a hint of annoyance in his voice.
“What? Oh, sorry Ryan, what did you say?” I replied breaking out of my daydream.
“I said, what time do you think you’ll get out of FO? I wanted to work on ID changing.” He asked.
“Oh! I have absolutely no idea! I’m guessing not too late though, want to say eighteen hundred hours we meet?”
“Sure, sounds good to me, let’s meet before at dinner then.” Ryan said.
“Okay, I can do that. What is it that you want to work on anyway?” I asked curiously because today we just reviewed for our culture check tomorrow.
He looked around before answering; making sure no one was listening. “Dancing.” Ryan whispered. “I’m an awful dancer.”
“No, I don’t believe that. I will definitely help you though!” replying with a smile. He is such a sweet heart, I thought to myself. As much as he tries to put on the ‘class clown who doesn’t care about anybody or school’ act, I can totally see right through it.
Like predicted, Field-Op let out early due to the fact we had just finished our basic tailing technique course. I easily found Ryan clowning around at dinner and retreated to an empty common room to practice.
“One, two, three, one, two, three, one, TWO! Ryan, the waltz is accent down, up, up. You accent up on the two and three.”
“I’m not made to dance this way. Can’t I just break dance instead?”
“NO! That is not going to help you pass the culture check. It’s easy. Three steps, accent down, up, u-“
“KAY!” Abbie screamed interrupting me as she ran in. “Guess what? Holland Alive just got a new drummer! Their old one got a full ride to some art school in France. The new guy’s name is Eoin Pierce. Apparently he lives in their neighborhood and have been friends for over a year. And he didn’t even tell them he knew how to play! He’s so cute too! I can’t wait to hear him play, can yo-oh-hi Ry, didn’t see you there.” Suddenly becoming quite. Abbie and Ryan both secretly love each other; they just don’t know it yet. I’ve been trying to get them together for years now!
“Hey Ab, nice to see you” Ryan smiled. They both stood there for a good three minutes just standing there smiling at each other.
“Well thank you Abbie for updating me on the Holland Boys and Ryan it has been a pleasure but I have work to do. If you have any more questions I’m sure Abbie will be more than happy to help you!” I run out of the room and up to the library. New drummer, eh? Boy, have I got some research to do!
